The service attitude of the staff is very poor. The slightest thing makes things difficult for the guests. I have never encountered such bad service. I will not come again.

Absolutely terrible service. Made an order through subway app. However they dont always get the notification. When I showed the receipt, they said to take it up with customer service on the app. They wouldn’t make the order. Manager got rude.

This subway is not ready for mobile ordering. The staff is disorganized and chaotic in attempts to retrieve and fulfill orders, completely incapable of looking up orders and communicating effectively with customers.I don't expect a 5 star service here, but this is far worse than any mcdonald's or burger king.

Really unprofessional employees, always talking instead of helping customers, asking weird personal questions and yelled at me for asking a simple question. Overall a really bad atmosphere to be around, the older lady that works there yelled at me for asking if employees of the mall get a discount, extremely rude employee. Will stop coming here from now on.
