Absolutely Disgusting Experience
I ordered two footlongs and got two, but both were completely stale and had a rotten smell. The bread was hard, and the food was clearly not fresh. Total waste of money — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I placed an order online in advance, but when I arrived at the store at the scheduled pickup time, they hadn’t even started making it. They only served customers who ordered in person. The food was also prepared very carelessly.

I think times are tough for subway shops but if they can’t honor prices and try to get more money out of you, I’m not coming back.

The food is okay but I don’t think I will be coming back to this location. I got forced to pay for a foot long sub when I clearly asked for a 6 inch sub. Then the owner is trying make excuses I should buy the foot long anyway.

After reading the other reviews for this place, I can see everyone had the same experience. I will be going to the Farrington location on Stratton St, I had a good experience with them

Disrespectful attitude of the employee was the worst. First not welcoming at all. Second didn’t even bother to ask what kind of bread I wanted, just got the bread he wanted and started to cut it and Didn’t even put enough ingredients on the sandwich. Generally subway is not a good option, especially this store is worst. Not a place to eat.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I ordered "The Beast" foot long which is supposed to come with a variety of different meats and it came with what seemed like one type of meat. I know that this sandwich comes with more meat than I received. By the time I realized that my sandwich was the way it was I was already far away from the restaurant. This was an order via the subway app. Terrible. I feel robbed. This is unacceptable. I will never return to this location, ever. This is a known issue with subway restaurants. Terrible. I wasted my money. Terrible. I can't believe that Subway does this to people. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
