soooo unhappy experience. I ordered twice at here. First time, I ordered online and after 40mins to go for pick up and when I arrived, there is no customer waiting but it is not ready at all. Then at the second time, I made the order 1hr before, and when I try to pick up, they required my order name even I show them the order number and details. The subway app does not show the order name, there just order number on the top and details, but the staff said no name no food! unfriendly, rude, terrible service:( (they did not cut my footlong sandwich)

The customer service is the complete worst among all subways I’ve been to. I ordered a sandwich from 7pm and I literally had to show up for him to start preparing my sandwich. I showed up at 7.50pm and he looked at me and smile because he wasn’t preparing any sandwiches but was on his cell phone the whole time probably. Believe me when I tell you this location is super stingy with their supplies. I ask for a napkin and he said he put one in the bag (I purchased 2 sandwiches!!! Why would you put just a single napkin in the paper bag plus it’s raining!!!! He could atleast give a plastic bag seeing it’s raining so bad outside). Outside is pouring rain just like a storm and you’re telling me you can’t give an extra napkin just because it’s wet outside. I placed 2 orders and he didn’t even want to put each sandwich in their own paper bag (Trying to fit both sandwiches in one paper bag. I had to tell him “Listen I’m buying a sandwich for someone you need to separate the two” and he still had a problem with that. The food look as if they have been sitting there all day especially the tomatoes, cucumbers and pickles. I only ordered at this location because I chose the wrong location by accident and wasn’t paying detail attention to which subway to place my order. I will never and I mean never go back to this spot not even if my life depends on it. Imagine you order something almost an hour ago and you’re looking at your phone waiting for them to start preparing then from frustration you decided to show up in person and see the guy on his cell phone didn’t even make an attempt to collect the order to start preparing your sandwich. He needs to get fired or business needs to close.

I used app to order my meal. Used BOGOfree coupon. And $2 off from 400 score credit in app. The food was nice. But the store keeper’s attitude was horrible. He directly told me I spend too less and I asked too much for extra vegetables toppings. Making me feel embarrassed.I mean, if they don’t want customers get too much discounts. They have the choice not to participate the activities or rise up the price for each sandwiches. The activity is for advisement. You want more customers coming in. And want them stay later on. You earn less money by participating activity. Supposed to get more customers. But their attitude scared away the customers. That’s not even smart?.

I don't know wtf is wrong with this subway. This is the 3rd time I put in a mobile order. I come when the time says to pick up and the guy hasn't even started making my sandwich and he isn't even doing anything! I always leave a tip and they treat me like I'm a criminal. The food is paid for with tip. I gave you my name along with the order and you still need to see email confirmation to even start my online order?!? That defeats the entire reason why I ordered online in the first place! Never again will I tip or use the mobile app here again. I may just stop using this location as a whole.

Please close this store down. They are not good. Always missing something like olives or mayo or something. They don't except the app so no deals. And they are dirty. Health inspectors please close this place

Very bad service, bad attitude. I ordered a sub, at the time of paying it, I presented with a coupon, they refused to accept it. They showed me a small sign placed at the end of the counter which hardly can be seen. I told then as a franchise restaurant, they should accept the coupon. They said they don't have to. Then told my don't come back if I don't like it.
