One of the best pizzas around the area. I recommend the pepperoni pizza. Customer service is great every single time! I recommend pick up rather than delivery.

I love the pizza here but on two occasions the pizza just does not fit the box. I went to pick up this medium pie and you can see it’s stuffed into the box to fit. The pizza would be much better in a box that actually fits so the cheese doesn’t get weird. However, it’s a good place to pick up a slice or two on the go.

Susanos is my GO TO for years. I order quite often. The pizza is amazing quality, the wings are SO GOOD, their hot sandwiches never fail, and their salads are PACKED. You can order anything off their menu and it's always 10/10. HIGHLY recommend.

The food is fresh and well-prepared, with large portions. The pizza is excellent-easily one of the best around. Tony, the owner, is respectful and professional. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxed. I’d recommend it, even as someone who’s very particular about pizza- they do it right.

pretty good pizza. sometimes its taste amazing however and other times its mid. there were times where there were lets just say not nice people so u have to have a strong chest or just dont look near there direction. had couple of times were they asked me if i paidwhen i was with someone even tho i always paid but i get it tho since its a small place and alot of people come in and out. just wish they had a better way of checking if we paid.

I've recently had a frustrating experience at Susano's Pizzeria in Flushing over two separate to-go orders. The first day, they served me linguini instead of the spaghetti I ordered without informing me they were out of spaghetti. When I returned the following day to address the issue, the staff initially insisted that linguini and spaghetti were the same. It was only during checkout that they admitted they didn't have spaghetti the previous day and offered just a $1 discount as compensation. The lack of communication and poor customer service is disappointing. Given that I'm carb loading for an upcoming race, I'll likely return out of necessity, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Once found piece of hair in buffalo chicken pizza and they used old wings and got sick with fever and chills. They used to be good but don't know bout now wouldn't recommend
