So glad I tried Sushi Me after moving to Whitestone. The Pinapple Fried Rice dishes are Amazing. All Sushi is Top Notch and fresh quality product.. Nobody is perfect, but they make the effort to be that way. Prices, well, it's N.Y. so be it..

Ordered avocado salmon hand rolls.. they forgot the avocado.. I was going to let it go until I found a long piece of hair on food. I called them to let them know. They denied with an attitude that I ordered avocado in my order.. and then also denied hair in food. They had the audacity to ask what color was the hair? I said black hair.. they adamantly said no it’s not ours we have red hair. The only thing grosser than their mistakes, is their customer service. Will never be ordering from them again.

My family ordered 4 spicy tuna rolls and 4 spicy salmon rolls with two orders of gyoza. I have a SEVERE shellfish allergy. Included in the sushi right in the middle of the sushi was shrimp. When I called to say we didn’t ask for this, we were told it was free and there was nothing we can do about it. She then said the shrimp is FAR AWAY from the sushi. Anyone who has severe allergies knows that this is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the woman on the phone let me know that this is Japanese restaurant not a Chinese restaurant. I am not sure why this was stated and I don’t want to assume why so i won’t. How disappointing. TIP? Before you stick anything free into a dish, PLEASE ASK.

They got a delivery order wrong so I called to let them know and asked them to send the correct order. Instead of admitting they made a mistake the lady insisted that is what we ordered. After going back and forth the lady demanded that we pay additional $ to get what we originally ordered. I am so in disbelief that they treat their customers like this. Will never order from here again.

Ordered through UberEats and never again! Anybody see the difference between the picture and my sushi plate?! I have only rolls, where are my sushies?! I did put sushi on the app while ordering. Very disappointing and not at all worth it!
Also the taste is not to my taste at all. The sushi were bland and the fish not fresh at all.
I had ordered my staff sushi here through ubereats app. They were offering a free item for purchases over 30 dollars and they had forgotten to add this in to my order. Plus forgot 3 rolls that came with the sushi/sashimi/rolls for 1 deal. When I had called asking about a refund they hung up on me 4 times and screamed at me saying there was no deal and missing rolls! Plus the quality was so low and had a foul smell coming from the fish. I will never order from here again.

Inedible is how to describe it. We had a large sushi for two platter, pad Thai, and shrimp shumai. This was by far the lowest quality sushi I have ever had. My children and I did not even finish it, we threw it out. The pad thai was mushy and desperately overcooked with little flavor. The sushi fish was so low grade it was chewy and flavorless. I am so happy we did not get sick but that was a massive waste of $100. Out of the hundreds of times I have had sushi in my life this was by far the worst experience.
