Excellent service. Delicious food!

Ruby Wang

I've been to Mountain House Flushing several times now, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently flavorful and authentic, especially if you enjoy spicy, numbing flavors.

Standout dishes include the stone pot green pepper fish, swing pork belly, and the mapo tofu, all packed with bold, addictive flavors.

The service is always top notch! I was served by Xiao Yu twice in a row. He was attentive, friendly, and efficient.

Definitely one of my go-to spots in Flushing!

This is hands down one of, if not my favorite restaurant in all of Flushing. When u come in it’s like I’m transported back in time. Everything looks and feels so original. Food and service so nice. Never disappoint.

My favorite place to eat in LA. Now in New York I’m craving it again. My favorite is the appetizer spicy cabbage pairs well with the fried rice. Also, the live fish in sour cabbage soup is delicious, super warm for the weather.

It is a delicious restaurant in NY. The dishes are rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the service attitude is good. However, sometimes there are many people and you have to wait for a while. But overall, the dining experience is great. I will come again next time.

This restaurant is the best Sichuan food I have ever eaten in Flushing. I really like the antique decoration style of this restaurant. The environment is comfortable and the taste is amazing. The waiters are very enthusiastic. The boiled fish they recommended to us is absolutely spicy and delicious, which is unmatched by other restaurants.

A Sichuan restaurant with a great environment, every dish is very authentic Sichuan flavor. Recommend Mapo tofu, boiled pork slices, and pickled fish. If you like Sichuan food, you can’t miss it. The waiters are very nice and will come again!

The food was delicious. I specifically asked for it to be slightly spicy when ordering. The waiter was very kind. I ordered boiled fish, hand-shredded cabbage, shrimp ball balls, double mushroom tofu soup, and western Sichuan sheep and scorpion. Except for the sheep and scorpion meat, there was nothing much. It sucked, but after feedback, the waiter quickly asked us to stew it again. We said no, and gave us two desserts as compensation. The service attitude was super good?

When I came to NY, I had a meal of Sichuan food. My wife was really satisfied. It is as authentic as the local Sichuan food. The mapo tofu goes great with rice. There is also Kung Pao chicken. The chicken is very tender.

I like the dried white meat very much. It’s not greasy at all. It’s a very refreshing dish! Xiaomijiao falls in love with little cock yyds! A must-try item every time you come here! The attitude of the waiters is also great. I will continue to patronize.

Their signature bean sprouts and egg fried rice and green pepper fish fillets are full of flavor. We highly recommend their spicy hot pot and Sichuan style barbecue. I don’t like sourness so I didn’t order sour soup. The service in the restaurant can sometimes be a bit fast-paced, especially during peak periods, so it is recommended to go there outside of meal times. .
The restaurant's food quality and service are satisfactory, and it is a good place to experience authentic Sichuan cuisine. If you like spicy dishes and want to experience the spicy flavor of Sichuan cuisine, Sichuan Shanjia is definitely worth a try.

Mountain House in Flushing offers authentic Sichuan cuisine with bold flavors and a great selection of traditional dishes. The spice level is genuinely Sichuan, with dishes like spicy hot pot and mapo tofu standing out for their intense flavor. The service is quick, and the lively atmosphere adds to the overall experience, making it a must-visit for Sichuan food lovers.
