Ordered doritos locos cool ranch tacos. It had a weird stale smell and did not taste like cool ranch at all. The taco shell did not crack; it folded and bent like a soft taco. Pretty sure it was stale or went bad. Stomach also didn’t appreciate it afterwards. Really unfortunate because I really look forward to them since they’re a limited time item. Chalupa and bean burrito were good though.

ordered delivery for my family and never got it , no live number to call to get it fixed right away. just emails that didnt get answered and after i found a phone number with limited hours so had to wait till monday when this happened saturday and they say they got my emails , they tell me now i have to wait 5-7 business day for a refund of money they took instantly! how come they take my money beofre the service is delivered and then they say oh now its 5-7 days to get it back. that flew in the 90s but in 2025 with all this technology , no , not buying it.
Order a combo and upgrade and paid extra for a large size blast drink at the drive thru. The lady gave me a medium size drink and I question them about it and was told this was the large size. Been to other Taco Bell store that can tell a large from a medium.
