This is the 3rd or 4th time ordering from this taco bell and they mess up my order every freaking time it’s ridiculous! As you can see from the receipt I ordered a REGULAR baja blast and 3 sauces they didn’t include ANY sauce and gave me a FROZEN baja blast. On top of that both of my chicken cantina tacos have little to no chicken and cheese on it. It’s everytime I order there’s a problem and I never said anything cause I thought it would get better but it doesn’t. Yall need to hire some new people or teach the employees you do have TO DO A BETTER JOB! much love stay blessed !

Horrible Service, Rude Staff, and Completely Inconsiderate
If I could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend and I went to this Taco Bell on 02/23/25 around 7:30 PM, and the experience was absolutely awful. When we went to pick up our food, the employee rudely snapped, “I called you three times already,” even though we never heard them call our name. There was no reason for the attitude—it’s not our fault if we didn’t hear them in a busy restaurant.
Then, as we were leaving at 8:30 PM, one of the workers at the counter told my friend “You can’t smoke in here,”—except my friend wasn’t even smoking. We were literally on our way out, and this guy just decided to be rude for no reason.
To top it all off, they got our order completely wrong, even though we ordered from the kiosk and the receipt clearly showed the correct items. I guess reading the screen and making a simple Taco Bell order is too much to ask for?
Oh, and let’s talk about accessibility. I have a broken ankle, so I’m basically crippled right now, and they were completely unaccommodating. No effort to assist, no courtesy, just more bad attitudes from the staff.
Overall, this place is a joke. Rude employees, messed-up orders, and no regard for customer service. Avoid this location unless you enjoy being treated like garbage.

Service is very hit or miss. Some days, everything goes great, and the food is ready right away. Other days, orders take long to come out, or employees are rude. Food is okay for a Taco Bell. This location is really spacious and has many tables for dining in. Overall very average experience.
