Came here with my special needs child who is in diapers went to the bathroom to change child. Unable to change my child in a sanitary way due to having no changing table in women’s bathroom and I even went into men’s bathroom and no changing table there either. I had to go and change my child on the dirty floor. This is such a disgrace there should be changing tables in both women and men’s bathroom. Also ice machines not working so had to wait for a worker to give me ice which the worker seemed annoyed.

This is my go to Taco Bell in the neighborhood and its meh. The food always slaps like come on, its Taco Bell, but other than that, how GOOD can a taco bell be, right? Sometimes, there's this super rude worker but other than that I think it's good. The food sometimes takes really long to come out, but as a worker in the food industry, I can understand. I would recommend pre ordering on the app about 15 minutes before picking up the food.Parking: There is a big parking lot and there is usually always space.
Definitely 1 of the best Taco Bells around queens . It’s best to order online and get points and rewards rather than order at the self kiosk machines or the registers . The food Isn’t too pricy . the $5 cravings box is available , other Taco Bells it would be like $8 to $10 .

Very disappointed I ordered multiple items off menu. Asked for sauce dude literally gave me 2 sauce packets. Seriously man? Why is this Taco Bell been extremely stingy on sauce packets. It’s not the first time too.

I gave my order number for an online order but no one could make my order since they couldn't see it in the system. I was told to contact customer support on the mobile app and I didn't hear back, it's been days. I still didn't get my food OR money refunded for the order I never received.

Edit : good at substitutions most of the time.. two items were wrong today lolThey are good at getting all substitutions correct for lunch/dinner items but they never put sauce packets for online orders. I've tried changing the amount I request but it seems like they just ignore that part of the order - so if you are ever in store I suggest stocking up on a bunch of sauce for when you order !!
