This Taco Bell is not a cantina Taco Bell which means no alcohol but they do have plenty of outlets for charging your devices

I went to this Taco Bell once it was terrible experience. It's probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in New York. The moment I got there saw many chairs like completely broken. Than I went to place my order Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box, I think I paid 16 dollars for it. Instead they gave me Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco Meal not at all what I ordered. I just ate it because I was really hungry and couldn't wait. What pissed me off wasn't even alone that they got my order wrong but they didn't cook my order right. The Catina Chicken Crispy Taco came horrible, I should have taken picture of it. I'm never returning back to this Taco Bell. Any other Taco Bell place in New York is better than this location. It's sad that this location is so horrible like I actually really wanted this Taco Bell to be really good since it's located in Flushing my favorite neighborhood but unfortunately it's terrible. Never go to this Taco Bell I repeat never go to this Taco Bell. Also I believe Taco Bell corporate needs to get involved with figuring what's happening in this location that is causing these terrible experiences to happen. People here either need to be retrain to their job properly or be fired.

Once again my order was not correctly made. (That’s twice in one week) Makes me wonder if they don’t know how to read instructions. Order cool ranch supreme and they give me a regular shell, Ask for no sour cream and guess what?!! they put sour cream. Ridiculous!

What are they going to do about it? Nothing!

I ordered 4 hard shell tacos no lettuce with a water they charged me 17 bucks and this is what they gave me 4 tacos as thic as a sheet of paper I will never go to taco bell ever again

don’t ever come here very disrespectful it was empty it took us a while to get someone to help us order they were in the back talking the person that took my order was a lady named rauga she talked horrible we asked for the code for the bathroom while we were purchasing she ignored us and said wait we asked again she said disrespectfully to wait. then she would place our money on the counter aggressively the manner she talks is disrespectful don’t recommend coming here !

Don’t come here , the cashiers are very disrespectful and they talk to you with attitude and throw your money at the counter, RAJA or RADJA whatever her name is /the cashier she was doing all of this and being very disrespectful, she’s also laughing and making fun of customers

NEVER order them from the delivery app.. Take the time to walk in. They will mess up your order.. Spent 30.00 from food to be delivered. Crunch wrap with extras (13.00), sweet Chipotle fries with the extras(9.00) and sauces.. Fries delivered, no extras. Crunch wrap extra lettuce yes, but no extra meat or cheeses. Sauces?? None... Never ordering online again. Not worth it!

Worst service ever I ordered from the kiosk thinking I would immediately get my whole order as soon as possible. I was wrong I sat down with my son and I received my dine in order without my drink. I was baffled and asked where it was. The cashier said it would take 2-10 minutes to make, so I sat down and ate my food with myself son while waiting. After waiting and finishing our food after 20-25 mins, the drink was ready. I told the manager that I waited more than 20 minutes, and if there was any way my time could be compensated. He just smiled and said “No, it’s a new drink and he had to go to the back”, that was not right. I know it’s a fast food service but this was the worst service I ever received from one.

Soda machine not supplied/Napkin machine was not supplied, when you ask for extra they provide low portions. Food quality was decent...would not go again.

I ordered via grubhub and the food was delivered at 12:32pm on time. I paid extra to get this kind of drink. The pic was taken at 12:34pm. Can't believe it

Incident Report: Ineffective Management on 11/01/2024 As a delivery driver, on Friday night, 11/01/2024. Despite the high volume of orders, the manager on duty failed to adequately support the team. During my pickups, I observed: - The team was overwhelmed, constantly calling the manager from the back to take orders. - The manager remained seated in the back office, visible from the lobby, instead of assisting the team. - The dining area was packed with customers, yet the manager chose not to engage and help. I recommend management address this issue, as it's unfair to employees and negatively impacts customer service.
