I don't understand why the midtown Manhattan Taco Bell has better combo prices but the taco bell that is in the middle of nowhere is higher priced

NEVER order them from the delivery app.. Take the time to walk in. They will mess up your order.. Spent 30.00 from food to be delivered. Crunch wrap with extras (13.00), sweet Chipotle fries with the extras(9.00) and sauces.. Fries delivered, no extras. Crunch wrap extra lettuce yes, but no extra meat or cheeses. Sauces?? None... Never ordering online again. Not worth it!
Worst service ever I ordered from the kiosk thinking I would immediately get my whole order as soon as possible. I was wrong I sat down with my son and I received my dine in order without my drink. I was baffled and asked where it was. The cashier said it would take 2-10 minutes to make, so I sat down and ate my food with myself son while waiting. After waiting and finishing our food after 20-25 mins, the drink was ready. I told the manager that I waited more than 20 minutes, and if there was any way my time could be compensated. He just smiled and said “No, it’s a new drink and he had to go to the back”, that was not right. I know it’s a fast food service but this was the worst service I ever received from one.

They never put the sauces a request in the bag, ever, this has to be intentional.
Soda machine not supplied/Napkin machine was not supplied, when you ask for extra they provide low portions. Food quality was decent...would not go again.

I ordered via grubhub and the food was delivered at 12:32pm on time. I paid extra to get this kind of drink. The pic was taken at 12:34pm. Can't believe it

Incident Report: Ineffective Management on 11/01/2024 As a delivery driver, on Friday night, 11/01/2024. Despite the high volume of orders, the manager on duty failed to adequately support the team. During my pickups, I observed: - The team was overwhelmed, constantly calling the manager from the back to take orders. - The manager remained seated in the back office, visible from the lobby, instead of assisting the team. - The dining area was packed with customers, yet the manager chose not to engage and help. I recommend management address this issue, as it's unfair to employees and negatively impacts customer service.
Everything was going well until my daughter found a worm in her taco ? waw was so ? I told to the woman she said is a bean but not is a worm you can see the little feet

Saturday night August 3st about 9:15pm I ordered a black bean crunch wrap. I took it home got into my pj's and was about to enjoy my meal like most people do. As I checked they made a mistake and gave me beef instead of beans. I haven't had beef in over 12 years.
I decided I'm going to get dressed again hop in my car a drive back. I got there and spoke to someone I think named Hassem. Explained I had to come all the way back to their store and I needed my order corrected. This employee gave me such a weird look like if I was lying or something was my fault. This person said nothing to me, no apology for the error, no accountability at all. He turned and told another worker to make the correct order then just sat down with his friends or guests at the table.
As a district manager for a well known restaurant chain , I'm trained in customer service and hospitality interactions. If this were to happen to anyone you as the employee represent the company. Employees are trained to take initiative in expressing concern for your customers needs. The customer engagment was unexceptable behavior by this employee.
