Subpar food, to say the food is little more than a “gut filler” is overstating it. Over priced, paid $4.99 for a glass of coke and net even offered a single refill is mind boggling. SAVE your money and wail till your destination to eat.
Never had the chance to get any take away food. The guy was totally not helpful and borderline rude. I’m not planning to ever step my foot inside again.

What you'd expect from airport food, overpriced and subpar quality. Service was good but food was...well...airport quality. My burger was dry and tiramisu was not worth the calories. ?

This place is horribly rated, but I actually thought it was quite enjoyable for an airport experience. My food choice was a massive portion and it took me three different meals to actually finish. The drink you could easily skip on as I’m pretty sure the bloody Mary was a premix.Everywhere else in the airport is just bagels so if you want something different, this is your only option .

You always expect to pay more at an airport but, talk about price gouging! $20 for a watered-down "sippy-cup" of a drink that had too much ice. Paid less and had more in downtown Manhattan.
Bought a turkey sandwich at LaGuardia airport before boarding my flight. There was almost no stock on the shelf so I grabbed the one thing I could eat. It had gluten free bread which I did not notice until later. However, when I got on the plane the picture tells the story. The bread crumbled even on lightly holding the sandwich, spilling onto my lap, staining my paints and making the sandwich almost impossible to eat by hand. Oh, and they charged $16 for the privilege, or about twice what it should have been. Disgusting and unacceptable. When I returned from my trip I spoke to a manager there and she essentially shrugged her shoulders shoulders and said “ well, it’s gluten-free bread. If you can’t make a sandwich with gluten-free bread that actually is a sandwich and not a sandwich crumble, don’t sell it and certainly don’t sell it for extortionate prices.

I guess this is convenience - but for whom? You download the menu via your phone. You look at the menu without assistance so don’t bother to ask questions, I.e., can I substitute the potatoes? Place your order and pay via credit card. Then wait. You’ll get what you get. Don’t expect it to be hot. The toast and bacon - cold. Coffee - cold. Yes you can ask for help IF you can find someone to help and who cares. I forgot to mention: You don’t save money here. It’s just as costly as any full service “restaurant”.
Kiosks service is the best thing about this place. Airport prices and undercooked pizza dough. I seen better salads tossed into the trash. Would not recommend.

I can’t believe I paid a total of $40 including the tip, which they ask for upfront. Nothing of this burger screams $26 and a ginger ale that tastes what I imagine a carpet floor taste like for $5 or so. Not worth your time, and what is the tip for? We input the order, we seat ourselves, and there’s no one going around checking to see if you’d like anything else or refilling your drink (not that I’d want more of that ginger ale). Not worth the money, if you have a POS system that has the customer do everything order-wise, then don’t expect a tip. If the quality of food isn’t there, then don’t charge that price, regardless if you are in an airport or not.
Garbage establishment, garbage food, smh extraterrestrial prices for food I could have made in the comfort of my home for free!
