The COOP Restaurant & Bar

Is used to be a nice restaurant but now it is disorganized, food is awful, and staff is rude.

I come here all the time, I get the lyche cosmo. I’m sure they already know who this is, small Latin girl. AM staff, supper friendly and nice , very welcoming. The AM manager? Idk guy with glasses he recognizes me all the time knows what I like. PM tho?! Let me tell you about disappointment, the one bartender who is here in the night with a hat, always with an attitude. Feel like I have to speak to him like a child to relax and not be pressured. I’ve been working in the service and restaurant industry and I’m just amazed by the night staff. Anyways , this place is so close to my house but nonetheless I’m sure there’s better customer service oriented places for the night life people.

Very bad customer service and host

Only had the sweet potato fries, which could’ve been better, but the drinks and service made up for it. Would visit again to try their Korean fried chicken, which looked amazing.

Please owner of this place your manager it’s arruining your business ! Check who you have and how they treat customers ! Terrible service and the worse Manager ever ! He couldn’t even come to talk to me ! He kicked me out because they were closing. why they took orders if they not willing the guests to finish ! And he did before the closing time ! I wanted to get a refund and he refused ! Food it’s good but so sad because of the worse staff that they have I don’t want to come back !

The service was so bad, the staff was so rude, would never order from this restaurant again!

Happy hour ends at 7pm. Good food and drinks.

First off, we went on a Saturday night and had a large group. The food was “ok”, nothing like omg wow it’s so good. Don’t get the stew with ramen bc it’s 70% cabbage, u will regret it. The spam fries were not worth the hype although it didn’t turn out as salty as I thought it would be. The creamy udon was decent. But I really couldn’t name anything else that wowed me. It was 80+ degrees and no AC. I should have known when we walked in bc the there was a fan by the front door. We were all sticky and hot the entire meal. The interior was dimmed and uncomfy. BUT WHATS WORSE THAN A MEDIUM SIZED ROACH ON THE TABLE!!!!!!! It was crawling ON TOP of table! Then it crawled underneath and we had to use the menu to shoo it away. Smfh never again no way!

This was our fourth time here, The service is acceptable, the food is delicious and the place is pleasant at all times.
I don't give it 5 stars because sometimes it takes a long time, especially for the pasta we ordered "Jampchae".

The wings are fantastic, crispy, tasty and always come with a delicious accompaniment.
The japchae is very delicious, the pasta is just right and the meat is tender, but it works well to eat it together with the wings, they are a perfect complement. Alone it can be a bit harassing.

For drinks, we have tried some very tasty cocktails but if you do not wish to drink alcohol, the Shirley Temple is highly recommended. It is refreshing, sweet and goes well with any meal.

In any case, better to go at night to try the wings and cocktails!
