I come here quite often and each time I am so pleased with the service . The staff here is awesome ! They are so friendly and efficient. There names are Ximena, Wilson, Jose and Bruno. I feel like we are family.. Hope I didn't leave anyone's name out . I always order 1/2 white meat chicken and two servings of garbanzo beans.. Will continue to order from here ..

Very poor experienceI can't speak to the majority of their menu, but I just got sick with COVID. A loved one was kind enough to come to my door and drop off some cans of chicken soup for me yesterdayI didn't want her to do it again, and I got a random offer from Seamless offering $15 off a $20 order so I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to get some homemade chicken soup, so I ordered three small portions of it to sustain me for the next dayThe soup was awfulThe broth was... fine. But the soup itself contained giant chunks of potatoes that took three or four bites to finish, as well as giant chunks of carrots that took three or four bites to finishAnd the chicken?Seems like they just threw two pieces of chicken that could have become wings into the soupI'm sure there are people out there that order chicken soup/chicken noodle soup because they just like it, but I think most people associate it with the perfect meal for when you're feeling sickI kept picking chicken bones out of my teeth until I realized I just needed to finish everything around it and then eat the chicken as if I'd ordered wingsNot what one should have to do, even if they're not sickHighly disappointed. I still have one container left of three, and I'm not sure if I'm even going to bother with it because I still have an unopened jar of Campbell's chicken soupAnd if I prefer reheating canned soup to what a restaurant can provide, you know there's a problemI can't speak to the rest of their menu, but this was a major disappointment, and I give it one starAnd this is only the second or third review I've written after thousands of deliveries throughout my lifeIt was just that bad. I call on the phone and the girl suspiciously reads my card number out loud. Usually when you order food they never ask you for zip code and she did then canceled my order and said they're closing after they read my card number out loud. This is the first place I'm coming to when I see that my card number has been stolen. You don't do that. Then I ask for the manager and the guy who spoke said he's the owner and backed up the girl saying they're closing. Now I feel convinced that they took my card info. Never coming back here and never calling again.

I ordered chicken and also ribs and I only got the chicken and not even the right size. I never ordered rice and they sent me rice. I called them and from the minute I mentioned that my order was wrong they got so defensive and rude. The lady who takes the orders basically told me that she was too busy to be wasting her time talking to me. I requested to be transfer to a manager she responded that he was also busy and did not have time either. She was extremely rude. I offered to send pictures because at at point I felt that the least they could do as a business was to offer me an apology and she was screaming that they did not have emails, nothing where I could make a complaint. Never ordering from this place again. Very rude and unprofessional.

The lady who takes the orders basically told me that she was too busy to be wasting her time talking to me. I offered to send pictures because at at point I felt that the least they could do as a business was to offer me an apology and she was screaming that they did not have emails, nothing where I could make a complaint. I guess I can understand the mixed bag of reviews on here, it's a place with ups and downs. Personally I really enjoy the chicken, which is not surprisingly the star of the show. It's charred nice and is decently seasoned, but yeah you definitely need to use a sauce on it, one of theirs or one of your own. But that's fine, I'm just glad the meat is high quality and it's a good size, especially for the $. The sides aren't great, but the platanos are a solid choice and they give you a lot, they usually last a whole week. Again you'll probably have to add some flavor yourself when you reheat, but it's better than having to start from scratch? The atmosphere ... well the less said the better, this isn't really a place you want to dine in, and the service is uneven, nice sometimes, sketchy others. But you know what you're buying into when you order from here, it kind of is what it is.
