It’s illegal for a restaurant to take 25 percent of tips. But this is what they are doing. Not okay. They must pay at least the tipped minimum wage.

Wrangling a group of over 40+ people into a restaurant usually spells chaos, but Upper Crust handled it effortlessly! The atmosphere was amazing and beautifully set up, making our big group feel both intimate and special. The service was impeccable. It was attentive, speedy, and spot-on.
As someone who’s gluten-free I'm used to feeling super limited in dairy restaurants, but I was thrilled with all of the delicious options. There were amazing salads and mouthwatering fish dishes. I initially ordered the lemon butter sole, but our insightful waiter, after inquiring about food sensitivities, alerted me to a sneaky bit of flour. Crisis averted! He recommended the maple-crusted salmon instead, and it was absolutely divine.
The group got a variety of different pizzas (i think they were neopolitan style), each more delicious looking than the last. Even though I couldn't partake due to my gluten-free diet, they looked so heavenly I almost considered paying the price because of how good they looked! We also ordered penne ala vodka, fettuccine alfredo, and a bunch of others, which all received rave reviews from everyone at the table. The truffle fries were also beyond heavenly.
And the limonana? One sip brought me back to my year of sem in Israel. Literally nostalgia in a cup lol.
So basically, if you're looking for amazing food, a beautiful atmosphere, and top-notch service—even for large groups—Upper Crust is the place to be. Highly recommended!

We love upper crust!! It is absolutely our go-to place to eat out! Whether with friends, a date, or a party it is the perfect blend of polished class and rustic comfort! The food is varied and delicious, and the drinks and shakes are so yummy! There is always something for each person to enjoy! If you want an excellent kosher dairy sit-down restaurant, this is it! They have a very nice diverse menu and the food always comes out soooo delicious. Their pizzas are insane! Veryyyyy crispy crusts and their pastas are outstanding! They also hosted our event and catered to almost 50 of us. They gave us a private room with beautifully set up tables to boost the ambiance. Plus they absolutely nailed it on the food, the timing, the service… everything was to blissful perfection. Each of us ordered a drink and they came out with them so quickly and remembered many peoples orders by face. Very very delicious drinks and deserts. I got a frozen cocktail that was so enjoyable and fun to drink in a gorgeous glass, which made it even more fun to drink. From the service to the food VERY IMPRESSIVE & VERY DELISH. 10/10 Recommend ?

I had a wonderful time at Uppercrust! Thank you to the wonderful waiters and waitresses!! Uppercrust has a big private party room for people’s privacy and convenience. Anytime I have an appreciation event, it’s usually in Uppercrust, because when showing appreciation people want the best and Uppercrust is the best.

We had the absolute most incredible experience here!!! The food was incredible, the ambiance amazing and it was the perfect dinner out!!! I can not get over how amazing this place is!!! Definitely hands down the best place to eat out in queens!!!

It says online that they were open until 9:30 PM. I called ahead of time (around 7:45 PM) and asked what the latest seating was- they said 8:45 and I should come but they don’t take reservations. We drove from Brooklyn and walked in at 8:40 and they said because it was a quiet night they decided to close the kitchen early and they were no longer seating anyone. That is super inconvenient as their hours on Google are till 9:30 and I called ahead of time to see the latest I can walk in. Most people don’t call a restaurant ahead of time if they don’t take reservations anyway.
