Amazing bakery I get my cakes from here absolutely delicious & always fresh 😋
I had a very unpleasant experience at this bakery today. I was simply trying to park while shopping at the store, and one of the staff members— a young man with a small mustache— rudely refused to let me park. To make matters worse, he took out his phone and started taking pictures of me, which made me feel extremely disrespected and uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously to ensure a better experience for other customers in the future.

A great Asian bakery. The whole store is filled with the aroma of happiness. There are so many types of bread that it’s hard to choose. The matcha croissant, red bean bread, Portuguese egg tarts and toast I bought that day were all very delicious, but unfortunately the iced latte was not up to standard.

I have a really nice time coming to this store, the staff is busy and polite but i do notice that the customers are super rude to the staff. They scream and complain to the staff and there's no retaliation. They do need help it is a busy store I think some more hands may be helpful. I have zero complaints because I don't treat the staff badly... @the people posting PHOTOS of staff. I've never had a problem here and neither has anyone else I've seen come here, maybe they're out of stuff but that's kinda normal for a popular spot.

Terrible customer service. Not knowledgeable with their own products. Wanted to order a birthday cake one week ahead. The sales clerk told me to come after 11 am. and buy whatever is available.

The baked goods are just okay. Love their croquettes, but a lot of the other stuff is too sweet or meh. Also, a lot of things would taste better warm, but unless you’re lucky to get something straight out of the oven, everything is cold. I usually get things to go, but I decided to have breakfast there with family this past Sunday and we ordered drinks for the first time. All the drinks were terrible. We got a hot chocolate, red velvet latte, and milk tea latte—each one was so watered down as to make them unpalatable. We threw them all out unfinished and got drinks elsewhere. There are so many great bakeries and drink places in Flushing that there’s no excuse for serving basically water with tons of ice. That’ll be the last time I get anything from this place.

To this guy, DO YOU HATE YOUR JOB? OR YOU’RE JUST PLAIN RUDE?
I usually love coming to Tous les Jours, but there’s one cashier who consistently ruins the experience. Whenever I see him at the register, I honestly consider leaving. He’s rude and makes customers feel unwelcome. If he hates his job, he shouldn’t treat customers like his punching bag. It’s disappointing because I really enjoy the food here, but his attitude makes me not want to come back.

Dietary restrictions: I’ve been going to this bakery for over 20 years because it’s convenient for me, but unfortunately, it has gone downhill. The food is just okay, but you have to be cautious because they sometimes sell molded bread, which is unacceptable. The policy requiring customers to buy food before using the restroom feels unwelcoming and unnecessary, adding to the negative experience.
What really ruins the place, though, is the staff’s attitude. They act as if you’re begging them to provide food, which is both frustrating and humiliating. Their lack of friendliness and poor customer service makes it impossible to enjoy visiting. It’s disheartening to see such a long-standing establishment deteriorate this way. Overall, this bakery has become a major disappointment.

I visited this bakery hoping to enjoy a warm, welcoming experience along with some fresh treats, but unfortunately, the staff’s attitude ruined it. It felt very unwelcoming, which was disappointing since bakeries are usually known for their friendly and cozy atmosphere.
