I ordered a green tea cloud cake to celebrate my friend’s 90 year old birthday. This is a very serious event to me so I went personally to the shop near Great Neck LIRR three days in advance, chose my favorable cake,fully paid, and watched the guy who took my order clearly wrote on the order chit that the cake would be collected 10-11am today. I went this morning, to my enormous surprise, they told me the cake had not been made because the order form was still in the drawer, not yet go into the kitchen!! WHAT A ⋯⋯！The young guy, according to them a part-timer, was not there this morning, but the one who had supervised, a middle aged woman, was there. She was awful, shredding all liability to the part-timer, offered no options and not even an apology. I could not find a similar cake in the fridge and had to pick anyone available and go! I will never ever go back to that Great Neck shop again! I also told all my friends in the birthday party not to go!

Great selection of savory and sweet pastries. Also, they have a wide assortment of coffees, teas, and iced refreshers. I tried the honeydew melon rolls, custard bun, and the tiramisu latte. All the food was tasty! The service was fast and friendly. Good amount of seating area and close to the train station.

Today, At around 4:00, I went to buy bread.There were freshly packaged breads on the table, and I asked the woman if she could take one out for me. However, her attitude was very rude; she just pointed to the bread shelf and told me to go over there to get it. She had no smile, just a blank expression, as if I was trying to take advantage of her. If she had politely refused with a smile, I wouldn’t have been upset. I often bought bread there, but now I won’t go back.”

At that time, the pulp in the bread had flowed out. I thought I would just make do with it. When I got to the cash register (the checkout had not started yet), I saw I saw a staff member packing new ones, so I asked if they could give me two new ones. They didn't answer me, so I asked again, and after a while they gave them to me very reluctantly. If the kids didn't like it, I would have walked away. In addition, there was a notice in their store saying that if you buy more than 22 yuan, you will get a honey cake. Once I bought more than 50 yuan, and they gave me a piece as a gift. I asked casually if I bought more than 50 yuan and got two yuan. I just ordered a cake today when I got it back. The cream was lumpy and hard and I couldn't put a fork in it. The cake was dry and it seemed like it had been there for several days. The child took one bite. I order here every year and I will never order here again. Got it
The food was good . Drinks were amazing, too. I got a matcha latte and my friend got a coffee. The service was nice. The atmosphere was peaceful
