The food is good but it’s terrible service! It told me my order would come at 11:20-11:30. I called at 11:35 they said 20 minutes. I called back at 12 and they said 20 minutes again.
my first time ordering take out from here and despite the reviews and expensive prices, the food was abs. nothing special. rolls were super small (both regular & special rolls). The fish did not taste fresh, and the salad portions were tiny. I ordered the kani salad and a few rolls and special rolls. I was not impressed.about 5 rolls, a salad & shrimp dumplings cost me over $120 with a delivery service. It was SO not worth it.I didnt dare order the sushi because it is $4/ piece ! How crazy! knowing what I know about the sizes and portions, that wouldve made me so sad!

Food that I ordered online never arrived (after over 90 minutes of placing the oder), so I cancelled it. Can't say anything about how good the food is, but if you're hungry - go elsewhere
I ordered sushi deluxe from them via UberEats. Came here on time and wait wasn’t long. I ordered fried dumplings for my son and scallion pancakes. The fish seems fresh. However, it only came with tuna, salmon, cooked shrimp, and tilapia? And a tuna roll. Not much options. Also it didn’t come with a salad which is a bit disappointing because my son loooooves the salad with the miso dressing we normally get at Japanese restaurants. His dumplings were also deep fried and not pan fried which I prefer.
The food is actually good. I would rate 5 stars just for that.However, the service is obscene. I had to call no fewer than 6 times before getting an ANSWER much less any clarification on my order. This was after 45 minutes of waiting. When the driver FINALLY showed up he tried holding the food hostage for a tip.This place can’t go broke soon enough.
TERRIBLE!!!! If I can leave zero stars I would. Everytime I ordered it took EONS to arrive and this time I ordered online and it never arrived yet it says it was delivered. Tried contacting the restaurant and no response! This place needs to close down for sure, terrible delivery and service.
After reading the Google reviews of this place I was frightened as to what my experience would be. I was more cautious and discerning than usual. Yet the most negative thing I can bring myself to say was that the portion sizes were too small. The food was great!
Horrid service!!! Consistently takes two hours or more to deliver your food. This time it was the last straw as they let almost three hours go by and only called GrubHub to cancel because I called for an update. They wouldn’t try to deliver the food again even though they were open. It would have be okay if they let me know earlier so I could order from elsewhere it would have been fine but by the time they let m e know everything else was closed. Please, save yourself the stress. I liked their pork buns and Godzilla roll that’s why I kept giving them a chance and even made sure to order at least two hours before I was ready to give them time but each time they got worse and the person that answers the phone is just apathetic and rude. I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly this has been such a frustrating experience.

We never received our food, the delivery guy didn’t speak English at all!!! He just left our order in a random place and left. The restaurant just hang up on us. Horrible horrible service!
Racist owner plus staff. Watch the youtube video. He allowed a white girl with sneaker but made a black couple go out. When asked the owner, he was rude to the couple and disrespectful.
Took 2 hours to arrive and never made it. Super disappointed, reading the reviews now I see that this is a pattern for this place. Get it together, if you can’t hire enough staff then just close your business instead of making people frustrated.
Waited for my order over 3 hours and guess what? I don't get it!Google the places before you order a food or planning to visit them..
