I come to this place about once a week and i never had an issue. I usually order directly on the website, go into the store for pickup, or order it on Uber eats. Usually, i include a tip online if i am ordering it on the website. However, i was not aware i did not include the tip online today because I was distracted when ordering. Instead of the delivery driver asking me directly and letting me know, he decided to text me i should’ve ubered my food because its raining and I didn’t tip him since i was supposed to tip him in cash when the reason i ordered was because i didnt have cash. It was handled in a disrespectful manner and with an attitude. He also kept the receipt with my information to text me once he had left instead of mentioning it when he was handing me the food. I have never had an issue with the place but i truly am dissatisfied and disappointed with the way this all occurred . The food is good but not enough to overlook the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service and manners from the delivery man.

UFC was incredibly popular back in the day, but I have to admit the quality and taste have declined over the years. The flavors are just okay--the soy garlic sauce, in particular, leans too sweet for my liking. The fried chicken is often drenched in excessive sauce, which overwhelms the dish. I would have wholeheartedly recommended it in the past, but now I'm not so sure.

Our favorite date night spot for like, 8 years! Dunno how I never reviewed it before now! Our regular is the beef bulgolgi empanadas, medium soy garlic combo, and extra pickled radish. The new-ish addition of the three li’l koreanafied cookout sides (slaw, mac salad, and pickles, but the Korean way) has made me love this place even more! My guy digs the rotating draft beer choices, and I’m a big fan of soju alongside my chicken, so we both get what we want! There’s currently a BOGO on the beer with purchase of food if you pay cash. We love the chill, laid-back atmosphere, and if you want a cocktail after, there’s a speakeasy style bar above and a new fancy bar below. We love UFC, and look forward to visiting again and again for as long as it’s around, which we hope is forever! 😸

They charge $3.50 for a side of Cole slaw that is literally in a container meant for small amounts of condiments. I wouldn’t pay more than 75cents if I knew how small of a container they were putting their sides in and charging $3.50. It’s literally one spoonful. Shameful.

Gotta be honest here’s bois, not a big fan of leaving negative review but this one was pretty unique. Full experience inside the restaurant was pretty mediocre, nothing to really write a review about, however the outdoor experience was where things got interesting. Paid for me and my homies meal in full. Was walking to the E train and boom out of no where (at least 1.5 blocks away) our server chased us down the side walk. Cute Korean boi, not my type really, but regardless asking for a higher tip… I was confused and told him we paid but he was like ‘no I need a bigger tip’ something about fancy restaurants and big tips… not exaggerating, dude literally chased me down for a bigger tip. Wonder of they would have done that to 2 Caucasians instead of 2 beautiful brown fellas… we may never know… ufc more like 1fc

I used to love this place until a recent delivery experience, the driver delivered to the wrong address and when I called asking about my order status, the worker on the phone gaslit me saying that I have my order. They lost a regular.

Came here solo yesterday for lunch and the waitress (Asian woman in her 40s - is her name Leang?) had an attitude from the get-go because I changed from wanting to order out to dining in. What does that include? Sighing loudly and rolling her eyes and talking to me as if I were a peasant in the restaurant, when in fact I’m paying the same rates as everyone else.

When two white guys walked in, her whole demeanor and attitude changed. She was more than happy to fetch their menus, take their orders, and serve their food, while checking up on them throughout the meal and flirting with them.

After she served my chicken, she never bothered to ask me if I wanted another drink or drink refill or anything else. I tipped her, but she actually didn’t deserve anything.

If you’re not a white guy (and probably girl), don’t expect to be treated like a paying customer at this place. I won’t be coming back and don’t suggest others do as well.

Low quality chicken drenched in sauce. Other menu items looked good. Average atmosphere, decent service but could be better. The value definitely not there.
