Horrible! Tasteless, dry and tough chicken wings. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

I used to love this place until a recent delivery experience, the driver delivered to the wrong address and when I called asking about my order status, the worker on the phone gaslit me saying that I have my order. They lost a regular.

Came here solo yesterday for lunch and the waitress (Asian woman in her 40s - is her name Leang?) had an attitude from the get-go because I changed from wanting to order out to dining in. What does that include? Sighing loudly and rolling her eyes and talking to me as if I were a peasant in the restaurant, when in fact I’m paying the same rates as everyone else.
When two white guys walked in, her whole demeanor and attitude changed. She was more than happy to fetch their menus, take their orders, and serve their food, while checking up on them throughout the meal and flirting with them.
After she served my chicken, she never bothered to ask me if I wanted another drink or drink refill or anything else. I tipped her, but she actually didn’t deserve anything.
If you’re not a white guy (and probably girl), don’t expect to be treated like a paying customer at this place. I won’t be coming back and don’t suggest others do as well.

The food is pretty good for a decent price. The Staff are friendly and the restaurant is nice. I would recommend coming here.

Low quality chicken drenched in sauce. Other menu items looked good. Average atmosphere, decent service but could be better. The value definitely not there.

UFC Chicken has always been one of my favorite restaurants but today they lost a loyal customer. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:20 and upon walking in I was told by the male server that the restaurant closes soon and they’re not taking any more people……. Mind you they close at 9:30….. After I told him they close a whole 70 minutes from now, He gave me a very disgusted look and said “OK, I guess you can sit down.” At that point I felt very uncomfortable and decided to just leave…

I came here rather late one night but was eager to get some of their fried chicken. The place was quiet but I got a seat and got their meal, which came with a few sides up-front. The chicken was good, covered in a soy garlic flavor, and the sides were great as well.

Wanted wings and stumbled across this place. Glad I did! Super solid wings. Also encouraging that they let you know where the wings are from (organic from Tecumseh Farms's). Will definitely be back! Keep making great wings!

I used to go here all the time before the pandemic and the food was really good and so was the general atmosphere. But I went again after a years-long hiatus only to find the place to be somewhat different, and not for the better. It feels like management changed because the standards simply aren’t what they once were. They used to serve pretty big pieces of chicken, but they’re much smaller now. The wings are probably 2/3 of the size they used to be, which is disappointing. I used to get full off a small order of 6 wings but found myself still hungry for more. The flavor is definitely still there, but the portion size left me wanting more. The fries are also now shoestring instead of thick-cut, and there’s hardly a difference between small and large fries. Something else that bugged me was that I asked for all drums and they end up giving me a single flat for some reason. It was 5 pm and we were the only customers inside, there is no way they ran out of drums 4 hours prior to closing.
Something else that bugged me was that the tables used to have call buttons — they had buttons on each table that would call the waiter or give you water. Those are all gone now for some reason. And to top it off, the water was warm.
Another thing that really bugged me is the garbage smell from the downstairs area that seeps into the restaurant when the wind blows. You have to go downstairs and cross a smelly area swarming with flies to use the bathroom, which is located on the ground floor. It was very unpleasant to smell garbage every few minutes. That area needs to be cleaned ASAP.
Overall the food still tastes good, but it’s nowhere near the value it once was and the little things, like the call buttons and lack of bad odors, are gone now.
