Valerio Juice Bar and Colombian Food

I ordered some cholados and it was a disappointment, there was a 50 minute wait. The cholados also had a very different flavor. They didn't taste good. They had a mint flavor and the coloring was too much. I don't recommend them.

Ordered thru DoorDash & when I got there, the young kid said they don’t do deliveries or pickup through Grubhub or DoorDash. If that’s the case, why do you guys still have it online as if you do. Wasted my time and money.

What a disappointment with this place. I bought the supposed fried chicken they have with tostones. First the fried chicken, the three tostones they gave me greased. Before it was better, even the juices taste different. They lost a client.

Ordered delivery, bag was not sealed. Receipt was not in the bag. Half my order was missing. They’ve messed up orders before - but maybe create a protocol where you confirm the order with the receipt, then seal bag when you do the hand off?

Change your staff, I just came out from buying a juice and a girl helped me. I went at 10:20 in the morning, I asked her for a watermelon juice, when I tried the juice it tasted like watermelon, lemon and other fruits, when I told her The girl that I wanted, please, was a watermelon juice, she told me that it is made in the machine and well, the machine has all the fruits squeezed there so the juice will always taste like what the machine has, that is, they do not wash the machine to prepare your juice. However, I saw their blenders and I told him I could do it there and he refused to do it. I didn't pay for the juice or drink it, they didn't charge me for it but it's not the way to serve a customer who asks you for what you like or what if I have a fruit allergy and by your mistake I drink a mixed juice? Please evaluate this situation. I have been shopping with you for 3 years and I have never had such a bad time.

It’s a very charming place with great options for vegan and non vegans alike. My father and son had the vegan pasta with meatballs while I had the vegan tacos, my father and son are not vegan. We also opted for some natural smoothies. Needless to say, the food and atmosphere were great, the prices are reasonable and the workers are very nice. Very satisfied ??.

After patiently waiting literally 20 mins behind 3 customers, somebody walked in off the street and I was told I had to wait after him because he was there earlier but just had stepped out.. lol what a joke, I felt so disrespected as if my time isn’t valuable. It was rude and unprofessional to say the least. I just left grabbed a coffee and went to work. I won’t waste my time or money again.

Very chill clean and healthy place to eat

I love the kicthen staff here and servers. I always used to get my juices from here but the prices have gone up and the last order I made for juice was really full with pulp that the juice was barely moving. For the first time I met the owner and they insisted that it was fine with no care. Well that will be my last time.

Their prices keep climbing, and the juices are full of pulp. I wouldn't be able to drink it with the straw. And although all the workers are nice, the owner is really rude, so I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

The action bowls seem overpriced and the food is too salty. I ordered a again, almond butter with strawberries and bananas and it was so small...Definitely not worth the 11 I paid for it. Also the pumpkin soup was too salty...I'm going to have to fine a way to salvage it by adding potatoes or something else to it. Sorry I had better pumpkin soup at a resort.
