Hands down the worst Wendy’s you can choose to eat at. Anyone who rates this higher than 1 star is lying to you. Food is always wrong, restaurant is always filthy. Go to the one on Northern, don’t even waste your time here.

The food was hot and fresh. One of the rare occasions when I am fiening for fast food. Wendy's has done it. My cravings were indeed satisfied. The service was great. Next time I will even tip a guy who took my order and delivered it to our table. Atmosphere is 🙁 lonely unfortunately. They need new decor.

Wendy’s – 133-50 Whitestone Expy, Flushing, NY
This location has noticeably improved over time. The service is more efficient and professional, and the staff provide courteous attention to customers. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of parking. During peak hours, service may take a bit longer, but the food consistently arrives hot, fresh, and accurate. Overall, it’s a reliable and well-managed Wendy’s location worth visiting.

This place is a dump. Garbage cans were over flowing. The people behind the counter had no clue how to do their job. The service was slow. The manager there was the only polite person I encountered.

Food is routinely handed to me cold, in person at the register. Very slow. Not clean at all later in the days. Very expensive compared to all other fast food. $5 biggie bag starts at $6.... I have never been able to get a frosty after sunset. =[
Not a bad Wendy in this part of the town when Starbucks and McDonald are terrible here. People here work hard and try their best to help customers. It needs a renovation but I still love to come here to have my lunch here.

I watched a NYC park worker clearly suffering from heat exhaustion come into this Wendy’s asking for a cup of water. Instead of helping him, the staff tried to charge him. He was visibly struggling in the extreme heat, and they still wouldn’t give him water without payment.
This was incredibly upsetting and inhumane. Water should be the bare minimum, especially in dangerous weather conditions. Disappointed and disturbed by the lack of basic compassion. Do better.
