I watched a NYC park worker clearly suffering from heat exhaustion come into this Wendy’s asking for a cup of water. Instead of helping him, the staff tried to charge him. He was visibly struggling in the extreme heat, and they still wouldn’t give him water without payment.
This was incredibly upsetting and inhumane. Water should be the bare minimum, especially in dangerous weather conditions. Disappointed and disturbed by the lack of basic compassion. Do better.

Even at 1:30 a.m., food is prepared fresh. Used to go to the Wendy's out on Northern Blvd, not anymore. Employees get my orders right. No issues since I've started coming here. Keep up the great job guys!

Ordered food through grub hub, missing a French fry order, no straws, and food was cold. Never using Wendy's or grub hub again. Wendy's person told.me to come get the fries, I Informed them i wouldn't be driving to pick up part of an order they messed up on delivery

This Wendy's was a small joint but it was nice. Very communicative staff, very cleanness orientated, and welcoming environment. This establishment only has about 6 small tables to sit at and one bathroom (1 toilet) accessible.
