I watched a NYC park worker clearly suffering from heat exhaustion come into this Wendy’s asking for a cup of water. Instead of helping him, the staff tried to charge him. He was visibly struggling in the extreme heat, and they still wouldn’t give him water without payment.

This was incredibly upsetting and inhumane. Water should be the bare minimum, especially in dangerous weather conditions. Disappointed and disturbed by the lack of basic compassion. Do better.

I was actually shocked that the manager came and asked me about their service and the quality of their food. I liked it. It was a little bit on the pricer side but it was good.

Even at 1:30 a.m., food is prepared fresh. Used to go to the Wendy's out on Northern Blvd, not anymore. Employees get my orders right. No issues since I've started coming here. Keep up the great job guys!

I usually enjoys my experience at wendy’s but this was one was very disappointing. employees don’t know what they talking about, when I know the district manager. They will be hearing from me soon.

I ordered on the app before arriving. I gave my name at the pickup counter. I got my drink cup, but the large guy in the red shirt never gave me my food, and then he disappeared. After waiting for about 5 minutes I finally asked a lady what's taking so long for a simple one customer order. She then found my bag NOT in the mobile pickup area. The guy in the red shirt had put it on the counter behind a cash register that wasn't being used... where the other employees don't look.
