The bagels are good, but after ordering eggs on a bagel several times, it's apparent that the cook does not know how to prepare eggs without burning them. The eggs always look like pancakes. It ruined every breakfast I've ever ordered there. Won't be going back for eggs again.

Ordered lox and scallion cream cheese, for a $8 upcharge for the lox, 1 slice of lox is diabolical work. I only come here for this bagel for around 5 years but they continue to lose my trust.

My old stomping ground and so happy to be back for the usual lox and cream cheese on sesame + iced chocolate brownie! It’s been 5+ years since I’ve been back and it’s even better than when I used to live here! Still bustling, fantastic service, the staff are wonderful! Best bagel in this part of Queens and try their cold and hot brews (don’t forget the fresh squeezed OJ), fantastic!

went for bagel and tuna with coffee with this girl. I spilled everything (my one fault) The manager replaced my meal and coffee Nadea is her name . Such a nice person . great food and service

My experience here is usually pretty mixed, but I do think Nadia does a good job with how she manages the place. She has a pretty good attitude and values the opinion of customers. I think that's really important from a business perspective. I called and got one my orders mixed up (the signal's pretty bad so it's understandable) and Nadia told me to come in and get it sorted out and then gave me the correct order on the house.
Another thing to note - when you order a salmon sandwich - they have 3: baked salmon, lox (lox slices), lox spread (lox w/cream cheese). You always want to double-check and confirm at the end so that you know your order is 100% right since the signal there is pretty bad and sometimes the workers can mishear you. That being said, I do think the 2 Asian workers there (sorry I don't know their names lol) are pretty good. Both of them recently joined (about a year ago maybe idk) and have great attitudes and super respectful.
