"We can't make a flat white."Seriously? Espresso and milk.Then proceeded to burn the espresso and milk in a different drink so bad I threw it away.

Unprofessional and rude

Overcharged me by $2, and gave me a small when I ordered a medium. Rude people. Do not go here. Coffee also tastes like watery coffee grounds and it’s supposed to be a latte. Just go to Starbucks.

You know…. Almost every hot chocolate I have ordered for the past 10 years has been watery. Dilletante, Starbucks, Sunrise, Coffee Bean and tea leaf, etc…every. single. one. I kept hoping.I’m at the far end of Terminal C at LaGuardia and here’s a little shop “World Bean” and I finally got a creamy, chocolatey, well balanced hot chocolate!!! Huzzah!Also - if I’m ever here again I want to try their drink “Hot Latin Lover” which is espresso and steamed Horchata and chocolate sprinkles. Sounds delish!!

ATM & Payment System was down and I had no cash on me. They offered to help me out with a fresh croissant ? So nice, thank you so much!

She charged me 25 cents more than she should, I asked her to correct it as it is could be an honest mistake, she didn’t even apologize, rudely responded that it is only 25 cents and asked me to leave as the line was long. The type of attitude these people have.

This place is horrible. The lady with a accent and big teeth it's extremely rude and doesn't deserve to work anywhere. As i was looking at the menu she told me to walk away bc "i was in the way". the workers are so rude. food is trash and old. Muffins trash. its all trash. That worker needs to be fired and put into a mental hospital. She's extremely mean. her & the black worker. I feel so offended and i dont think anyone should ever think its ok to treat customers that way. They told another couple the same thing they said to me that "we're in the way". We were just looking at the menu. ! overpriced & disrespectful.

Worst latte and cold brew we have ever had…please bring in a coffee vendor that knows how to make a great beverage

No prices listed for smoothies or add one, paid $20 for two smoothies without realizing.

Water down and weak flavor. Lukewarm at best. Disappointing. Don’t waste your money.

Attendant refused to fill my order , she was too busy watching something on her phone

Coffee tasted bad but the worst part was the service. This lady was super rude. I asked I they had oatmilk and she got all mad she said hurry up we have everything just ask for it. I asked for oatmilk and she gave me almondmilk. I went back to get a new drink and she said these people need to open their mouths when they talk.She also said she was ready to kill somebody.( Lady at the register)
