The best cold noodle in Flushing. The spicy oil is very fragrant and you won’t have diarrhea after eating it.

Horrible. The dish I ordered should have been called "Really salty noodles." I'm not sure where the positive reviews come from.

I have discovered the place through my friend. It has been one of the best Western Chinese foods in NYC since 2008. However, I am missing my N5 spicy to stay dish.

They are opening more stores here (new one in tangram) because they are so good. I usually get the handripped stewed pork (not spicy) and its always great. I recommend this place to anyone visiting NYC, you have to try it at least once. The stewed pork/lamb burgers are also top notch.
Omg. This place hit so hard immediately when I tried it. The taste to the freshness to the portion size, I loved it. Xi'an Famous Foods has been on my list from many people's recommendations and to finally try it out was such a blessing. I ordered two things. The Cumin Lamb Bun and the Spicy Beef Hand-Pulled Noodles. The Lamb Bun had so much meat and flavor to it. And the cumin flavor was delicious, and it didn't taste overpowering at all. I did wish that the meat from the bun was cut up a bit more. Even though the taste was delicious. The pieces of meat were a little chewy and some were big pieces so it became a little bit of a hassle to eat. The spicy beef noodles were really good too! Man, if I had to rate the noodles, it would have been perfect. The texture of it right as it came out was extremely fresh, soft with that bit of chew to it, and the overall flavor just sold it to me. The meat was okay. Similar to the lamb, the beef was a little chewy and I did wish it was a bit more tender. But this place was fantastic, and I would totally come back again!

It was very delicious and affordable! I ordered N2 and N3 with medium and low spicy levels. Medium was slightly and deliciously spicy. If you like spicy food you might can try higher level! Pork and beef were great too and noodles were tasty. I really enjoyed it. I want to go back! ?

Xi'an famous food used to be one of my favorite authentic Xi'an restaurants. But as their expansion, the food is not always consistent. I ordered hand pulled noodle with lamp, liang pi and extra meat on the side. The lamp is kinda dry, and too strong scent of lamp. After I took a few bites, I felt greasy and lost appetite. I added some extra vinegar so the lamp scent is less strong. Must be something wrong with the dressing part. Anyway, I was not satisfied. However, I think I will still try it again next time since there is not much Xi'an food options near this area.

The spicy hand pulled noodles with beef have amazing flavor. But it is EXTREMELY salty. The lamb burger was perfect.
The food was excellent here! I've been to a different location before but the stuff here tasted better than I remember. Got the liang pi, beef and pork sandwiches, and beef noodle soup. Clean and small spot. Luckily we were able to find a seat. Lots of competition in the area, or else I fear this place would be overrun.

It’s really expensive...the roujiamo costs almost 6 dollars? ? ? ? It’s $3 elsewhere, so why does this cost double? Prices have been rising for 10 years. Before the epidemic, the prices did not increase much when the founder was still there. After the younger son took over and the epidemic started, the prices skyrocketed... I don’t understand why it increased so much... Although the store was in a very expensive location and the address was clean, the price of meals did need to be increased... Can you open it in a cheaper place and lower the price? I've only eaten it twice in my life. Once I bought Hatuna in Midtown, and once here...it's really, really expensive. I'm too poor. If you like spicy food, you can try it. Apart from the price, I highly recommend it.

This place is awesome. The slap noodles are top notch. The spicey chart is underrated whatever you think you can handle step back a notch.
Price is fair, but not what I expected with the flavor. A bit too salty, the texture wasn't chewy, a bit maybe doughier than I imagined. I've never had it before so not sure exactly how it's supposed to taste, but as a Korean who's had a lot of noodles and food experience, I would say it's not for me. The place was empty and very clean, the service is average...it's just someone taking orders and that's about it.
