We ordered lunch for delivery, and the experience was awful. My rolls tasted old and watery. I called to complain, and they told me it would take over an hour to fix the order because they were “busy.” They also said I could come pick up a refund instead.
My coworker, who had the same issue, went to get the refund — only to be told they wouldn’t give it to him because it “wasn’t described properly” during my call. That’s ridiculous. We were both working and couldn’t eat, which is why I made the call in the first place.
To make things worse, the manager was extremely rude, saying he didn’t care, was too busy, and that no one else had complained. Completely unprofessional. We’ll never order from here again.

I was a little confused by the bad ratings. Then I saw it was mostly people complaining of random things that had nothing to do with the food. So here it goes: I had a dinner box and everything was delicious. Also it came with miso, tempura, rolls, rice and shumai. For the price? Absolutely a great deal

The seaweed tasted terrible. It was like chewing plastic and you couldn't chew it. The ketchup was too watery, not a sauce, but water. It tasted bad.

Great take out and sit down Sushi. It’s my go to spot for sushi in the area. The fish is always fresh and the Salmon lover is perfect. Highly recommend this spot for simple, fresh sushi.
