“The food was just okay, and the guy at the front desk had really bad service.”

Good stuff
I tried the assorted duck vermicelli soup which had a nice light broth. The chili oil enhanced it as well. Many of the duck pieces were dry and tough to eat. Additionally, I found the noodles undercooked so they were difficult to eat. But overall, it was a fairly cohesive meal.

My to go restaurant in town—every dish is so authentic and exceptional; my favorite is their dry pot. They have good service too

This restaurant is conveniently located in flushing NYC. My first time trying out the signature duck noodle soup here, and it turned out amazing. The atmosphere is nice too.

I highly recommend their steamed buns and spicy wontons in chili oil – they taste amazing and authentic. I’ve been here several times already, and I’ll definitely come back next time.

Little hawker stall in the basement of the Main Street Mall.
The soup dumplings are hot and flavorful. Make sure to balance on your spoon, bite the top, suck some soup out, and then eat the rest or you'll destroy your face.
The Duck offal soup is delicious. Loaded with rice noodles and duck organs and all the good fixins.

I ordered the Assorted Duck Vermicelli Noodle Soup ($12.50). This is exactly what I expect if I’m ordering a duck noodle soup. They had multiple parts of the duck - including gizzards, liver, blood, and actual meat. They also add in some bok choy, cilantro, and tofu, adding some lightness and texture to the soup. All parts of the duck were delicious - I personally don’t enjoy the other parts of the duck as much, but could tell that this noodle soup was well made. The only complaint I have is that the noodles were a bit undercooked - they were too chewy and it was hard for me to eat. The other parts of the soup were amazing though. Overall, I would recommend to anyone who enjoys duck and soup for a good price. Also be advised this is cash only.

Delicious Xiao long bao - I got both the pork and pork & crab: let me just say, it is JUST as good as some of the sit down restaurants! Highly recommend eating it right there while it's HOT and then drink the delicious soy milk right after. Perfect combo!

Authentic duck soup. One of the best. We always be sure to make the first and last stop every-time we’re in the city.

They were quick with my order. Got the duck offal vermicelli noodle soup. The duck blood tasted a bit weird compared to the Brooklyn location. Tasted like it was spoiled. Had a medicine taste to it. Packaging was nice though for take out. The noodles and offals were on the top container while the soup was separated on the bottom. Also, comes with cilantro and chili sauce. No tax, $10.

Yozi is hands down my favorite noodle soup spot in New World Mall. The broth is super clear, not oily at all—with such a flavorful base. I always get the assorted salted duck, which comes with duck blood, liver, gizzards, and heart. It might sound intense, but it’s delicious!
They serve it with chewy potato noodles that soak up all that flavor perfectly. And if you’re into spice, their homemade chili oil is a must. I always end up drinking the broth too. Fingers crossed they open a location in Manhattan someday!
