Arrived at Saturday morning just before 11am. The manager greeted us with courtesy and provided Hot tea right away. The waitress came with menu shortly with professional manner.
The first two dishes were impressive. Curry beef brisket is so creamy and tasty, I loved it. The wonton noodles was really authentic HK style. The last two dishes were a turn off. Shiolong Pao is commercial massive product, tastes old in the fridge. The soup noodles with fish cake side cut is a ripe off. Frozen fish cake tastes funny, I can make a better fish cake noodles myself. The bill with tax is over fifty dollars for two persons, add up the service tips, over sixty dollars.
Great congee and fried cruellers. My go to comfort food.

Edit: wanted to update my review that the beef brisket with curry sauce (C2) is crazy good!
Food was fine, never tried hot pot rice before this. It’s cool to see authentic Hong Kong style food in this neighborhood. Interior was comfortable and service was good. To be honest the food was kinda forgettable but I would come back to try other dishes

Food is decent depending on what you order. Service needs to be better. The male waiter turned us away at 8:15 when their closing hours was listed as 9:30 on their website. Seriously??

Decent HK style noodles, just don't bring a stroller in. There's barely room to stand while waiting for a table.

We ordered 2 preserved egg & pork congee, 1 beef brisket noodle soup, 1 clay pot spareribs with rice, 1 scallion pancake & 1 extra plain noodles. The congee had a burnt taste and smell. I let the waiter know. He checked with the kitchen and they did in fact burn the congee. Waiter said he'll replace the congee. But they gave us congee from the same burnt pot. They should have tossed that whole batch.

Walked in at 8:13pm and they would not seat us despite hours posted as closing at 9pm. Another couple was walking in at the same time and was also turned away. Cannot rate the food as I was not served.
Great, highly recommend. Especially everything!

A suitable place to bring the elderly and children. There are many people and the taste is very good! The fried dough sticks are great. The noodle soup and the fried beef river are all must-orders.
