I’ll never understand this being New York City and restaurants not having just a regular bacon, egg, egg and cheese on a bagel on their Uber eats menu. This is a New York City staple I shouldn’t have to search all over the place for it at a bagel spot. Get it together this is New York City.

They were pretty slammed when we got there and I ordered a bagel with two fried eggs, crispy bacon cheese and a dark toasted bagel which means you have to put it through twice with butter on it. Another gentleman ordered a similar bagel with crispy bacon. Okay that gentleman was after me but he got his sandwich first. I got mine and there was no cheese on it. There was no butter on it and the bacon was limp. I ate not crispy. So they had to remake it initially. They said they had no more bagels and at a certain angle you can't see that there are bagels in the bins. When you're 6'7 you can look and see that there are bagels there. So I said no. I'm sorry you've got that there at whole wheat and a guy lifted the basket up and sure enough there were three whole wheat bagels so I got one. I'm guessing that the other gentleman got my sandwich and I got his but he also ordered crispy bacon so whatever they were extremely busy and I can understand the mix-up eventually got straightened out and everything was fine.

So this is NYC and these bagels are not made fresh. They are factory frozen bagels that are not boiled or fresh baked. That means no bialys or flagels.

The food and service itself is decent. Only downside that bums the entire experience is that they don’t display prices for anything. The prices are absurd. I’ve noticed multiple times that the prices fluctuate when you’re rung up at the counter, even when ordering the same exact thing. It’s like they decide the prices based on the rush hour or how they feel that day.
The product prices are not disclosed, and they set prices arbitrarily, which they can charge whatever they want. It’s very unfriendly. I suggest people who want to go should stop immediately.

What a gem! First time here as per a Google suggestion near work. Bagel was excellent and iced coffee was perfect. Customer service was out of control great!!!! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Been here many times. Usually OK but about one out of three times when I order sausage and egg, they put cheese on it and I have to return it. this time. Returned it. They remade it when I got home. The egg was running. Not fully cooked that’s dangerous never going back again.
