This is my go-to neighborhood deli. I grab lunch here on the way in to work twice a week on average. Everyone's very friendly, they know my sandwich order when I walk in the door, and the food is consistently good. Good juices, coffee and pasties too!

Have gotten wonderful bagels to go several times. They are soft and delicious. Today we got an everything bagel with lox, scallion cream cheese, and tomato. We will definitely be back again!

I don’t know what the hell happened but they bought my order and I said it three times what I wanted repeatedly for the grandpa in the back. 3 Eggs with butter on a bagle, and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I get my food sandwiches, go home and the sandwiches are dry as texas. I didn’t even get butter on my sandwich. How does that work? Someone needs to get their hearing checked.

this place is the saving grace of queens boulevard.

I wish I can give 0 stars, I order too good to go surprise bag,the cashier told me there is no bagel left while I see so many on their shelves…..the attitude is bad and I drove 30mins here and was told I have to cancel my order. So disappointed
I went in to have a bagel with veggie cream cheese. It was 3:10 p.m. and there was one person sitting there. Just a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese. Not toasted or any drink or anything else. The bagel with 6.99 and was horrible. Like stale wonder bread.. If you are going to serve a bagel with cream cheese for 7 bucks, (which is insane) at least it should be a fresh awesome bagel. I will never go back. Ever.

The pumpernickel bagel was so fluffy! It was the perfect bagel: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Flavors were on point. Definitely recommend!

I was in this store the last Wednesday morning and the cashier hold the bagel that I ordered with his dirty hands and of course I refused to take it. And he was very rude saying: I am busy do you want it? Yes or no? I really don’t understand why if you are the cashier holding money, you do not suppose to touch the bagels with your dirty hands. It’s easy to know. Be careful guys when you order in this place, because this situation is unacceptable.

I've probably tried this place 15-20 times and I've always been disappointed but it's close to home so I want to like it. After today, I give up. My order was misunderstood - maybe I didn't articulate it well (I did) but instead of trying to fix things, the cashier just did whatever the opposite of that is called. Okay cool. Walked out. Won't be back.
