Love this place! Every time we order delivery the food comes super fast and everything is so delicious. The sushi rolls we had were so fresh and tasty and the katsu chicken and pork are both sooo good! Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!

Came here for date night and the place is so on point. I love the food and the drinks. I'm glad they're able to operate during Covid and this has become one of my favorite restaurants. I definitely recommend!

I use to only get takeout from the location. Their takeout was quick, and friendly. Not many places in Forest Hills deliver to my house. I'm thankful BY does. However, I was a more of a frequent customer, at the other location on Queens Blvd. But, once I learned my favorite Bartender, Maria transfered to this location, my friend and I started coming here . We are here atleast 1x per week. I've tried several different cocktails, and they are all good. They are the best @ happy hour. At HH, you can get 4 cocktails and two rolls for $30-$35... The staff is really nice. Maria is very hospitable, and she's part of the reason why, we like this place. It's further down Austin St, so it's away from the hectic part of street. Plus, the parking situation is much better... They have salmon & tofu miso veggie soup. Very colorful. Broccoli, Snow Peas, Salmon... It's a huge portion, very filling. Summer , Winter or Fall, it's a soup to have all year long. I've also tried the noodles, and enjoyed them. BY is a place to come with your family, after work, date night, ..... Good Food, Good Prices, Friendly Service, Available Parking....

Came here post Covid with the girls for lunch.Nice outdoor seating area. I had the beef teriyaki bento box and I'm in love with their shumai!! Service was good except waitress forgot to bring my unsweetened iced tea. Ambience outside is nice however no partition set up to separate tables. I will be back. Food is what matters and the service. A check plus for food and check for service.Thanks Bamboo Ya!!!! A gem on Austin street!

Bamboo Ya is my favorite sushi place in queens. They honestly have the best lunch specials and amazing sushi options. I have come here for take out a couple of times and the staff is always very welcoming and my food is always ready on time. Although, I have not participated in their out door dining, whenever I walk by everyone seems to be having a wonderful time. If you are in the neighborhood I really recommend bamboo ya!
A cute restaurant off the main street in Forest Hills. Their outdoor seating is impeccable, nicely decorated. No physical menus which I appreciated - QR code on the tables. Food was amazing, drinks could've been better. Recommend their sushi - we had the Alaska Roll. And the roasted duck was moist and flavorful. Love supporting local businesses and this one is amazing! Can't wait to return!

So good! I ordered the lunch special and this place was not cheap with their portions of fish. The rolls were stuffed with big cuts of fish and it was super fresh. Would definitely recommend it!

I came here with a friend because she wanted me to try the Sea Urchin. Now, Ive never had sushi before (besides california rolls) so i was a bit hesitant in trying this place. I have to say, i was blown away. The experience was wonderful! The service was efficient and very friendly. The Sea Urchin was delicious as well as the sashimi and sushi lol im glad my first sushi experience was at this restaurant!My personal favorites was the Valentines roll, Sea urchin, and the eel sushi roll
