First of all, the food is incredible, like fantastically incredible. The problem is I've had a few problems with bad service there. Nobody is rude at all, but I've had some unusual and cringe moments that were their fault (like forgetting to charge me for an item then asking me for more money after I already paid). They also have never given me a good bubble tea. I went back for that specifically three times just to make sure and every time it was actually terrible like...

Chive and Pork dumplings are nice and crispy, Taiwanese Rice Bowl is delicious and hits the spot. It’s the Asian soul food, simple yet so satisfying.
Ice green tea is very refreshing.

The dumplings are tasty and packed with flavor but the biggest issue for me was the consistency. It was a little bit too chewy for my liking. Each bite took a bit of work.
