Ordered two dishes that were really bland. Aloo Gobi and Singapore rice noodles Their specialty is not Indian or Singapore. Lack of flavors on both dishes. We actually had to add some hot sauce to even make it flavorful.

I am so upset to write this review - I have been coming to jades for the past year multiple times and tonight was the worst experience I HAVE ever had in any restaurant. I came for my best friends birthday and let the staff know multiple times. The service tonight was horrible and I was given a rotten/old Thai ice tea and the waiter went missing for 15 minutes. When we finally saw each other again he tried to offer me sugar as a resolution but the drink was rotten. The whole experience was horrible no one was around to help us or care for us. I understand business can be busy but you should attend to your customers especially if you charge gratuity + I tip on top all the time. When it was time for dessert and the cake to be given - they literally forgot and ruined the surprise… I asked them and then they went missing again and thought it was a regular order for dessert and not even a birthday and I had to remind them again tonight. I hated this experience and I don’t think I’d be back in a while…

1. They took damn near 20 minutes to approach us and ask what we want to eat. 2. The waitress had an attitude for no reason. Idk if she thought I had an attitude but she looked annoyed that we were even asking for food… 3. On the bright side the food was GREAT. No complaints there. Shout out to the chef who was cooking on Sept 28th. 4. They were standing in front of us while we ate. I felt very uncomfortable eating my food. 5. They ignored my bf when he asked where the bathroom was. 6. Overall it just wasn’t a great experience for my birthday. 5/10. Never going again.
