Came here looking for a relatively quick meal. Ordered the Rotisserie Chicken Market Bowl with creamed spinach and dill potatoes. Not too many sides to choose from since I came for a late lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of chicken. Seating upstairs was closed upstairs and the restroom was out of order at the time. Nondescript dining area. The staff greeted me and thanked me at the end.
I purchased my food before closing. There were food options and the food tasted fresh. Noor was very genuine and welcoming and gave us excellent food suggestions. She was so kind to my family and I. The night staff were all welcoming and helpful. They made us feel comfortable, excellent service and staff!

I asked the staff about the app not working but they didn't know about it. Since I couldn't avail of the savings for making a mobile order, the lady offered me 7% discount. Chicken was ok, although would prefer even-roasting esp the skin. Sides were not good - the mashed potatoes which tasted like the boxed/instant, the bland and watery mac and cheese (used to be creamier) and dry cornbread. Quality has gone down. I used to not mind Boston Market for quick ready meals.
