To complete my paperwork to take care of my sister I dealt with SONIA IN SUITE 115...She has to be one of the best people I have ever met in my entire life she was warm kind completely understanding extremely friendly very warm and kind and extremely knowledgeable answered all my questions and then some. She went up and be of the call of her job. She is an asset to that company I also cannot forget Vanessa who was the intake coordinator and Mr Melvin Dominguez who have also been just absolutely wonderful in helping me with this process this is an A1 outfit

Run, don't use this agency. They refuse to pay me. Its been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten paid. The staff is very unprofessional. I use them for CDPAP for a family member case. It's only been 2 months and I'm already looking to use another agency. The case worker is extremely rude and so are the mangers.

Extremely unprofessional employees! There's been a delay in the system they blamed it on another agency told me to reach out ,just to when I get them both on the same call they admit to not taking my case seriously! When I called back for resolution, they refused to answer the phone ! They are extremely disrespectful and hard to reach. You maybe have to call 4 to 6 times just to speak to one person. Impossible that they still have this business running. Way out your options before choosing Caring Prefessional as it is not worth the hassle!!

A few days after submitting an application form to this company, I received a scam call that had knowledge of my name. It's possible that the company's staff might be involved in selling applicants' phone numbers and personal details. Everyone should be cautious of potential scams.
Thanks to my coordinator Eva, my employee needs and rights are addressed professionally. Eva answers my questions promptly and in detail. Also, I always receive pay stubs on time. In addition, what I especially value is Eva's ability to resolve inquiries quickly and fully to both my patient and my satisfaction.

Caring Professionals was the absolute best place to work for and sent the best aides to care for their patients. When I go into retirement in a few year’s, I will only call Caring Professionals, should I need home care.
