My sister and I have been to this store on this week and got 2 cups of pistachio ice cream. The ice cream tasted wonderful and tasty and that the people in the store were nice, and friendly. There were a mother and children after both of us left. That day was nice and sunny day.

I cannot say enough good things about Eric and the incredible job he did on our custom cake! We were in a bind with a last-minute request, and Eric handled everything with absolute professionalism, creativity, and care. Despite the tight timeline, he delivered a stunning cake that not only looked amazing but tasted great too.
From the very beginning, Eric was responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure the cake matched our vision perfectly. He walked us through design options, and even made thoughtful suggestions that took the final product to the next level.

Worst experience ever. Ice cream is not even soft serve. More like water down. Even the shake is terrible. After contacting the store they offered me to replace it but it wouldnât make a difference. Shouldâve gotten it right the first time. Even if it was free I wouldnât want. I would never uber eat or buy from this carvel store again. The uber rating is a lie.
After the pandemic this place does not allow dine in. The soft serve ice cream is what itâs known for as well as their specialty ice cream cake. Our familyâs favorite is Fudgie the Whale and this place usually has our Fudgie ready to go. Wednesdays are buy one get one regular sundae for free.
Manager only gave me and my friend one tiny sample on a big spoon. The spoon cost more than the sample itself. There werenât any other ppl in the store. I tried the coffee sample and when I asked for a sample of mango he said âwaan ownweeâ bro just lost some customers :(
