I generally love Chipotle. But recently, likely due to the economic troubles. Chipotle has gotten really down hill, this location included. The food doesn’t taste good, lack seasoning, I feel a lot of disgust trying to swallow the food.

There's a particular employee at this location who has been very snarky and passive aggressive on more than one occasion. He's an Asian guy about 5'7 or 5'8, slim build. I'm being very specific because it's always him. he surely hates his job, and I do hope he stops customer service, because he's a nasty piece of work.

Food was really good. For a few years, I stopped going to this location because the food was either too salty or the rice was hard. Were glad to have given this place another try and this time, the rice, portion, and meats were great.

Today was my first time at chipotle. Today was my first time trying chipotle. I just want to commend Catherine for the great customer service and her patience walking me through the process. I had two separate orders — one on the Chipotle app (pickup at 7:00 PM) and one through Uber Eats (pickup window 7:15–7:45 PM). When I arrived at 7:00, my Chipotle app order was ready, but the Uber Eats order didn’t show up in the store system yet. Nayeli kindly checked my order on the Uber Eats app and explained the situation to me. When I came back around 7:14, she was already making the order for me.
I really appreciated her hospitality, patience, and friendliness in handling the situation and making sure everything went smoothly. That’s why I want to give Nayeli five stars!

I came into this location on Saturday after being in the area visiting a friend. The restaurant was nice and clean and upon entering the team was very welcoming. A young girl with really pretty eyes made by bowl and she was very sweet. my bowl was actually very good compared to some other chipotle locations I have vistited in the past. I was so confused after reading the reviews because my experience was very pleasant. Will definitely be returning.

This location is probably the worst-run Chipotle in NYC. Rude staff and manager, Katherine S, who didn't take any accountability for the issue and didn't show any customer management skills.
Arrived around 2ish during lunch, told there was no chicken at my turn and that the wait is 10 minutes. 25 minutes later still no chicken and on inquiring, the associate said that there is no one to cut the cooked chicken. Is that even a valid reason?
On enquiring with the manager, she didn't acknowledge there was an issue, didn't take any accountability and said that the wait was 10 minutes more. 35+ wait to get chicken during peak lunch hour. It clearly shows that the manager had no grip on operations. If I had just been told in the beginning that it's a 30+ minute wait, I would've left and got food elsewhere.
I eat at Chipotle on average 2 times a week but I won't be spending a dime at this location. And if this is level of service continues, the revenue loss for the franchise owner will be felt.

I would give a zero star but unfortunately is not an option. This location has the rudest employees. It took a lot from me not to flip on the employee that packed my food. Never again spending my hard earned money to receive such a shitty service.

My work assignment for the day brought me to Austin Street/Forest Hills and needing a decent meal, I chose to place an online order for pickup @ this location. I haven't ate from here in quite some time, and the mixed reviews had me a bit weary. I entered, the ordering line was fairly long, and all the employees were busy busy. I patiently waited near the register, and the cashier asked if I was picking up. I sated my name, and she went as far as going down the prep line to check for my order! Grabbed the food and my drink, and I was on my way. Kudos to her and her hospitality. The food itself was well prepared and delicious as expected.

This review is for Nayeli. She is extremely young, extremely accommodating and extremely courteous. There are far too many positives pertinent to her outstanding customer experience and interpersonal skills to list here, however, she is truly worthy of mention. On so many occasions she has exceeded her responsibilities and provided an exceptional dining experience. She is incredibly respectful to the patrons and works diligently to ensure everyone is content. She knows what to say and when to say it. You will never see Nayeli simply standing around. She is resourceful, and consistently answers any questions. She listens to you and never interrupts. The reason patrons return to Chipotle is solely because of Nayeli. Thank you, Nayeli. You are terrific and deserve to be recognized.
