My work assignment for the day brought me to Austin Street/Forest Hills and needing a decent meal, I chose to place an online order for pickup @ this location. I haven't ate from here in quite some time, and the mixed reviews had me a bit weary. I entered, the ordering line was fairly long, and all the employees were busy busy. I patiently waited near the register, and the cashier asked if I was picking up. I sated my name, and she went as far as going down the prep line to check for my order! Grabbed the food and my drink, and I was on my way. Kudos to her and her hospitality. The food itself was well prepared and delicious as expected.

This review is for Nayeli. She is extremely young, extremely accommodating and extremely courteous. There are far too many positives pertinent to her outstanding customer experience and interpersonal skills to list here, however, she is truly worthy of mention. On so many occasions she has exceeded her responsibilities and provided an exceptional dining experience. She is incredibly respectful to the patrons and works diligently to ensure everyone is content. She knows what to say and when to say it. You will never see Nayeli simply standing around. She is resourceful, and consistently answers any questions. She listens to you and never interrupts. The reason patrons return to Chipotle is solely because of Nayeli. Thank you, Nayeli. You are terrific and deserve to be recognized.

The worst chipotle I ever had. As a 24 year old woman with a small appetite, I was surprised that I couldn’t get full at all. The portion sizes were extremely small, and every ingredient was added so sparingly. Definitely not worth it.

If you’re looking for HEALTHY chipotle, this it it! *This is not a good review* I’ve never thought I’d say this about chipotle but this specific location needs to use more salt. And seasoning for that matter. This location has the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. I’ve been here at least twice with the same experience. The food is heavily under seasoned and undersalted. The chips don’t have the taste of lime, neither does the guac. It’s just bad. So if you want healthy chipotle this is it. But it won’t taste good.

Keepin it real out here in Forest Hills no beef whatsoever with it, very average, food serves decently well, decent quality service, no complaints, also its a crowded area so harder to be exceptional

Trash I came in to get lunch and I asked for a barbacoa bowl mixed. This guy made my bowl and put BARELY any meat. I asked him, what are your portion sizes.. he looked at me with a straight face and said 4oz… HE HAD A RANDOM METAL BIG SPOON… he eye balled it. This is my bowl. I separated all the meat. So disappointed.

Chipotle has really gone down in quality and service. I ordered a burrito bowl at 17:00 and already this location is out of both white & brown rice as well as fajita veggies & pinto beans. They also don't care to tell you or apologize for the out of stock items when you pick up your order. I also got measly portions of the "extra" lettuce and corn salsa. Then they expect us to pay $15+ for wet mush where half the bowl is empty? Terrible.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I had a a guy service me and he was really rude I was speaking low because he seem like an aggressive person he basically told me to speak up because he can’t hear me or read lips and on top of that service me small portion as if he didn’t care about the customer. We pay $16 for bad customer service and small portion. Chipotle do better
