Not only does this place have overpriced drinks but they decided to give themselves a tip, after I left. Go anywhere else but here.

Super nice place, huge outdoors, lots of big tables for crowds, with good sightlines to televisions. The buffalo chicken wings are tops!

Food is decent, service is a miss.Staff was very attentive when we were first sat but once our entrees were brought out it was like we didn’t exist anymore. No one came to check if the food was right/good, no one came to offer drink refills, sat for about 20 min after we finished our food and had to flag someone down to get the check. $88 tab paid in cash, waited about 15 minutes before I had to ask for my change back because it was never brought back to me, and seemed shocked when we asked for the change back. We were one of 4, maybe 5, tables so I’m not sure why the staff was so inattentive especially when it came to giving me back my money. Not sure if they were expecting the change as their tip but if that were the case the right and respectable thing to do is to bring the customer back their change and let them decide what your tip amount should be.

Overall the experience was very good. I got there around 1:30, and stayed until after 5:00.The primary reason I came here was to meet a friend and to sit outside. Unfortunately, the beer garden outside only opens at 4:00 p.m. no matter how much of a nice day it is, if you want to sit out there earlier, too bad. And they're very strict about it. I even peaked out the door to take a picture and I got yelled at!I guess it depends what waitress you get, because besides the one gruff one who follows the rules, the rest of the waitresses were very nice. Some of them were fairly new, so they didn't really know what they're doing yet. But they were very nice. The food wasn't mixed bag. The pizza we had was phenomenal. But very small. For the price $15 I think a little on the high side. But it was really good. We ordered another one. The onion soup was a little sweet. And be careful, it comes out very hot. I still can't feel my tongue and I was careful, but not careful enough. The chicken tenders were pretty much as expected, french fries were better than average, but the chicken wings were really tiny. I mean, tiny! I got the habanero sauce and it was very good. But the wings were dry and did I mention tiny?I think the highlight of the beer garden experience is the giant ping pong table. Which can be very annoying if someone else is using it. But if you're using it it's a professional table and the ping pong ball that they give you (you have to ask for it) was also a three-star professional ping pong ball. None of that cheap stuff. There's a few other games they have as well, giant Jenga in a small hook the loop game. They also have a connect four game.Beer is available by the picture or by the glass. They have some premium beers, but the trick is to get there at happy hour between 4:00 and 7:00 when you could sit outside, enjoy the games, get half price appetizers and $6 beers. It's very pleasant open area in the back, a little quirky which is great, and it's a lot of fun. The tables are big long Octoberfest style tables, so bank a big crowd or meet your neighbors. Either way you'll have a great time.Parking: The subway and bus stops are very close, take public transportation if you can.

I was told after we received our bill that she couldn’t split it unless I had told her at the beginning. If that’s the policy (which I’m not certain it is since our server gave consistent dgaf vibes and maybe just didn’t want to deal with it) then we should’ve been asked at the beginning of the meal how we would like to handle the check.Aside from that, the atmosphere was fine, the food was average… it wasn’t a bad experience it just… ?‍♀️ wasn’t great.

The staff is beyond rude and the owner is homophobic. He harassed my girlfriend and I for HOLDING HANDS across the table. At first i genuinely had no idea what he was talking about but as he kept going on and on about how "this is a family business" and "kids go here" it hit me. He was literally telling us we had to leave because we are a gay couple holding hands. Mind you there was a straight couple at the bar pretty much grinding on each other the whole time and no one said a word. I've never experienced anything like this before in my life and Im still in shock and beyond hurt. Do NOT give this place your money. Theres no shortage of restaurants in the area that offer better food and service anyway.

This is a great after-work spot. Happy hour is excellent with half off appetizers and drinks. And the food is delicious and in large portions. It is an excellent place for groups and to watch sports.Parking: Street meter parking free after 7pm.

I ordered the half pound burger and it tastes nothing, literally, zero taste. No salt, no flavor, it seemed to be ground beef by itself. Service is great and atmosphere too. My review regards the food solely.

2024: since pandemic, they took over another indoor lot for private parties. The backyard now has a partial roof, added more seating but still no loud music. This bar family business is thriving since it's thee only bar in a 6 blk radius.2019: Very spacious for what the neighborhood is. Just opened summer 2018. Has enough space for their floor games. Food is okay good. Love their Jack Daniel sauce. Unfortunately, NO loud music since it is a residential zone. The outdoor TVs have not been set up yet but what good is it if it's on mute.Has potential for brunch parties with DJ in the future...... Not so good for rainy days. You will get soaked despite their sun umbrellas.Overall, it has great potential! I look forward to visiting this place next summer.
