Overcharged me everytime I go it’s infuriating. They get the amount of ice cream for the size wrong and try to compensate by throwing a plain extra scoop ontop when I ordered a signature ice cream with mix-ins MIXED IN. Then proceeded to charge me for two additional toppings because I asked them to throw the same mix ins on top of the large plain scoop of ice cream they threw ontop of my large cup. Terrible customer service and I used to work at Coldstone in Glendale 10 years ago so I know how things are supposed to be handled. Don’t waste your time going to this location, Glendale is better.

Expensive and nasty. Even my ten year old didnt like it She said the cotton candy had no flavor. I got the churro mess, yuck. But the waffle bowl was pretty good. So $20 something dollars for ice cream and I only enjoyed the waffle bowl. To each his own, but for me, never again, not even if it were free.

Cross contamination issue They dont clean their supplies, and i had an allergic reaction to my ice cream cause something touched a tree nut.

More like 3.5 stars. Not often that I come here but every time I do, I realize how many choices there are. My go-to is chocolate and cookie dough. Very simple combo. I always get the biggest size "Gotta have it". They barely mix any cookie dough with the ice cream. The "mix-in" portion definitely got smaller. Servers were very nice and patient.
Lesslye Hernandez isnt telling the truth. The girl that works there is actually is very nice and really does her job well. she has a great vibe snd really knows how to take care of her customers. Lesslye Hernaandez is a liar and clearly dont got nothing to do with her life other than ruin others. dont listen to this brainless woman?. she was just impatient and clearly didnt understand that they just wanted to fix her order and didnt want to disappoint her but she was too impatient and rude. This place has great customer service and has great workers. Def recommend this place. Especially the girl that works there she is very nice and will make sure to take care of you. Some people just think they own the world or something. Once again don’t listen to this women. Customer service is great and everyone there does their job correctly!!!!

Customer service at this location is horrible . The lady attending had a horrible attitude. Cold stone is known for them mixing the icecream with the toppings and then putting it in the cup but instead the girl since she just wanted to end her shift put the icecream in the cup and then just put the chocolate chips on top . For that I could’ve just went to carvel ,Very disappointing,
