Only 3 small circular tables with a capacity of 2-3 at each table. The ice cream looked melted as I was browsing because I'm guessing the freezers aren't keeping it cold enough. The tables were sticky with hardened ice cream ew. I had a small vanilla milkshake and it came out to $8 and it was nothing special. Only a step above the dollar ones you get from the ice cream truck. Trash was full to the brim like it hadn't been emptied since morning (I came in at night). If they're that dirty and lazy I imagine what unsanitary practices go on in the kitchen..not sure I'll come back.

It's cold stone don't expect much, the staff were patient but I didn't like the flavors nor the selection, I'd rather go to Elio's, it's a bit more pricey but definitely worth it.

I've been to a couple locations of Cold Stone before. This is a chain you typically find in malls. The quality of the ice cream here is perfectly fine with a good selection of different and several unique flavors (cotton candy, cinnamon bun, chocolate cake batter, orange creamsicle, etc.). The biggest plus about this place is that you can customize your ice cream to your liking. The server in front of you will take the scoops of ice cream you have chosen and can add a huge variety of toppings to it as you wish. The toppings available include sprinkles, cinnamon, chocolate chips, oreos, coconut shavings, gummy bears, M&Ms, and much more. The main negative about this place is that everything is extremely overpriced. A small cup of just one flavor with nothing added is over $8. Every topping is an additional $1. I'd rather go to the grocery store.

I just want to commend this 2 great staffs of Cold Stone named Rafael and Brianna. I am having a trouble getting an ice cream for my wife. But this two guys help me so appreciated guys. Aside from the store was clean. They are very helpful and very accomodating. You guys are awesome. Just keep up the great job. Your manager are so lucky to have you both in that company. Friendly staff, Corporate or management needs to inspect the store and bring it up to code. Had to eat melted ice cream because the freezers are not keeping the ice cream cold. I also wanted to buy a pint of ice cream, once I felt it was squeeshy I changed my mind.

If you close at 10pm your staff should close the doors and start to clean at 10pm. I was there yesterday and they said they start to clean at 9:30pm so they couldn’t sold me an ice cream. So don’t trust on this time.

This is the last time I will purchase an ice cream cake from this branch. I ordered a midnight delight cake 3 days in advance. Went to the store, it wasn't in the freezer, and the associate couldn't find it in the back. Another associate asked what I ordered and said there system isn't working, I mentioned this was previously ordered. There was a lot of back and forth and then finally a cake was produced. This thing looks like a home project my kids made. Haphazardly made, almost like it feel and they tried to salvage it. It's lopsided, missing frosting, and there are clear gaps in between the cake and filling. This is extremely disappointing especially when it's so expensive. Horrible establishment and waste of $40.

Cold stone like many other retail customer service positions have fallen short of customer service. But I can honestly say that we had the best service and care from Jackie & Zoe! My daughter is super shy but when with her warm Irish smile Jackie’s made my daughter almost order the entire store. She very honest to what she recommended as a trained Ice cream connoisseur or the many flavors and toppings. Zoe was helping her create some magical looking St.Paddy’s day ice cream that looked amazing. I am definitely fasting next week and driving back to this location from Manhattan. My wife and kids were pleased and thankful for the wonderful time we had with them. Thank you girls for all the hard work and excellent customer service experience you provided my family. God bless and have a blessed weekend.

Cold stone like many other retail customer service positions have fallen short of customer service. But I can honestly say that we had the best service and care from Jackie & Zoe! My daughter is super shy but when with her warm Irish smile Jackie’s made my daughter almost order the entire store. She very honest to what she recommended as a trained Ice cream connoisseur or the many flavors and toppings. Zoe was helping her create some magical looking St.Paddy’s day ice cream that looked amazing. I am definitely fasting next week and driving back to this location from Manhattan. My wife and kids were pleased and thankful for the wonderful time we had with them. Thank you girls for all the hard work and excellent customer service experience you provided my family. God bless and have a blessed weekend.
