This week I made my first visit to Dirty Pierre's. It's not like I had a choice. My husband and our friends are there several nights a week and since I am often out of town, I'd never been, so I was eager to see what the draw is - and it's really simple. It's a neighborhood dive bar where lots of folks are regulars who have gotten to know each other. The food is excellent and the drinks flow freely. No reservations in any sense of the phrase in all the best ways

However, head up, this place gets really crowded every time there's a concert at Forest Hills Stadium. It's a small space, and fills up quickly. So don't even bother going there during concert season. I'd wait either in between shows, or post-concert season.
