The manager of this establishment is awful. She not only spoke about me to other employees. But when she picked up the phone she said “hi I’m another person” no her name or I’m management just clearly annoyed that I called at all. I like 5 min from the store and my delivery time was pushed back 3 times. Why does it take 35min to take a 5 min drive. Sorry this is not ok

Lied about when it was done. Said complete when it just went into the oven. Probably for metrics. 4 total pepperonis in each ‘pepperoni stuffed cheesy breads’. Will be complaining to corporate if it doesn’t get fixed and contacting my bank as well.

I would give this location a zero if it Was possible they’re customer service is horrible. I asked on the instructions to meet me downstairs in the lobby for my food because I am physically impaired and the delivery person so he doesn’t not come to the front of the building and couldn’t no meet in the lobby because it’s policy. So I contacted the store (metropolitan location) to get clarification from a manager on the this unusual practice and she was rude and nasty how she spoke and hung up on me. The food was cold and messy by far the worst dominoes on the planet and I will make sure to make a corporate complaint because this was a horrible experience and don’t want any other customer to ever go through what I endured this evening.

Sometimes there are human mistakes, but every food that has come out has been great people that I try to call you get free food and harass the workers there just don’t order there if you don’t like it, I’ve never had a complaint

I've lived in this neighborhood forever, and seldomly order from dominoes. My kid wanted pizza so we reluctantly gave them a shot. 2 hours later, at 7:45pm my child got to eat her pizza. This is not the first time this happened and the owners name is Sharma. This person has zero regard for his customers and is the epitome of bad business. I love to support local shops but I'm warning you, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SH*THOLE!! Staff is rude and the owner should not be running any type of business.

Seems like a theme for these delivery drivers based on the other reviews.Received the wrong pizza, called and did not want to wait for the manager the next day for a refund that may never come so requested a new pizza. They said okay. 30 mins later called back to insist I give him the other pizza back. I had no problem with that as I did not eat it, but it felt like he was accusing me of trying to get a free pizza.Everyone I spoke to was overall fine except the delivery person, but really negative experience overall. First time ordering from this location. I’d suggest you empower your employees to solve problems themselves and don’t accuse your customers when the wrong pizza is delivered.

If I paid the tip and selected contactless delivery, that meant I would like to get my order in my underwear without having to dress up!!! Kept asking me to come down because of no parking… smh
