Was happy to come here doing my pick until one day i sat and watched my food being prepared and the workers fixed the trash and picked up garbage off the floor and went right back to the food station with the SAME GLOVES. I died inside.

I always come to this dunkin donuts. Every single morning! I never had a problem. 7/26/2024 I walked in dunkin donuts and made an online order. A older lady with glasses and a hijab on and refused to tell me her name started yelling at me because I ordered a bagel and cream cheese with hash browns instead she gave me a turkey sandwich with hash browns. She gave me the wrong order and I Looked in the bag and it was wrong. She comes so close to my face yelling at me like she is my mom or something and not even my mom do this she is all like "I said turkey sandwich with hash browns" I said first of all do not be speaking to me like that in my face yelling at me. Second of all I did not hear You. Turns out she was wrong and she meant to put the bagel and cream cheese in the bag with my hash browns. So she did all that yelling in my face for NO REASON. Then she apologize. If you working in a store you are not suppose to be yelling in nobody face for no reason at that. Point blank period! Customer service

I never write reviews but oh my goodness I have to today. Yesterday I ordered a frozen caramel crème coffee and it was so good. It’s usually a hit or miss at dunkin. The past few times at other locations all my drinks have been bad. The guy who made it is tall and black. I wish I knew his name but he deserves a shoutout he was so kind and made my drink so delicious. Thank you dude!

I don't know what they did or who they fired but they have been STEPPING IT UPPPPPPP!!! The coffee has never been consistent in the last year I've been coming here. It'll be orange and watery and nasty. But lately, it's been creamy, sweet and delicious.. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! Thank you to whoever makes my morning cup of coffee and keep up the GREAT workkkkkk!!! Also, their donuts used to be super stale, now they've been soft taste fresh!

Racist standing on line and at the left register a caucasian reaches over the the right register with a bottle of water the service person allows this I says why are you allowing this he apologizes several times and offers a free donut not acceptable though do better my purchase more than a water purchase and after all this the 7 donuts STALE

Last time I ever come here. First time I ordered munchkins in the morning and they were all old and stale. The cashier told me they were leftovers from the day before. She offered me new ones and then gave me other ones that were also stale. Today I went again to order the $3 cold brew and it was almost all cream even though I ordered only 3 creams. I also ordered less ice and the drink was full of it; the cold brew itself was merely a splash. Since the $3 deal is popular they probably don't want their cold brew to run out....my best advice to others is to order the drink with milk/cream on the side and avoid any sort of pastries in the morning.

The donuts were stale. We are valued clients of DD bec why not, dunkin is good, but not in this location. Its disappointing and i dont know if DD sells heart shaped a week after valentines day, but regardless, i served stale donuts and my daughter told me that they also had an experience there, that their donuts were like that.. The only good thing here was the staff, they're nice and smiling when they serve..
