uh i’m not one to really review places but this has kind of been keeping me up, it’s just i went there after a long day of school with my girlfriend and we ordered our food
it was all okay until they handed me my food, now personally i get the sausage egg and cheese with NO EGG and i make sure to specify that and im pretty sure the lady at the counter even re affirmed it saying “no egg?” so i thought i was good until they handed me a sandwhich with egg, i asked them why they did it and told them that i ordered it without egg. they asked me if i could just take it off and i was like.. “uhm okay sure” so i sat back down and just kinda took it out and i then realized there was NO CHEESE
like one mistake i understand but come on dude, so i went back up and asked if the girl if she could remake it for me and she was like “let me put on a slice of cheese and reheat it” even though deeply inside of me i wanted her to remake the food. i guess she can’t read my mind and i didn’t really care afterwards
when i sat back down with my girlfriend to eat i was then told by another like random staff member that “we had to move” because she was sweeping and i just think that’s so rude, you can’t stop someone in the middle of their meal and ask them to move just so you can finish faster, and it doesn’t make sense anyway, she moved us to a part she had JUST cleaned so wouldnt we just be dirtying the part she just cleaned with things like crumbs and stuff.
it also just kinda feels like a weird environment, like there’s not a word to put on it maybe dull? or dim? that’s how i felt personally.
anyways i thought it was a weird experience the food was okay but because of the thing i just explained ill give it only 2 stars
i think they should work on attentiveness to customers

My sister and I have been to this place and that both of us got two hot chocolates, hashbrowns and a bagel with cream cheese. The food was wonderful, and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were people eating, drinking, talking in the store, it was busy, and people waiting in line.

The lady making my drink looked so miserable and was kind of rude. She rolled her eyes and did not answer at all when I’d say thank you. If you hate your job, just quit and find something else to do. Dont work at a dunkin and act like its an inconvenience when someone comes in to order something. Thats what your job is literally for!! Also, I asked if I can have a pumpkin donut (I clearly saw multiple pumpkin donuts on the top tray) and she looked and said “we dont have anymore.” Im kind of glad she didnt give me my pumpkin donut I asked for based on these reviews of moldy food touched by gloves that clean the garbage as well. Thanks for that I guess!

I went in for a cup of coffee and I wanted to grab a munchkin as well as I bit in to it the color was blue green and there was mold!!! The worker was speaking in his own language to the girl and she laughed saying she can’t refund me he persuaded how ever that I should wait an hour for fresh donought and offered me another one I said I don’t want another one I want a refund! I left the disgusting coffee and left
Slowest and worst service in DD history. A person can get pregnant, carry a child for 9 months, delivery at the hospital and still not get their food or drink. Too much talking behind the counter while the manager is outside smoking. No one acknowledges that you’ve been waiting long. Very poor service. I love DD but this place needs to be stripped of all employees and replaced with new and trained one. Go get your errands done after you order. Don’t worry it won’t be ready when you come back.

I asked for frozen cookie dough coffee they just gave me some of the frozen coffee with whipped cream. They didn’t add any chocolate syrup and any like cookie dough pieces.

not to be dramatic but as a dunkin lover, this is one of my favorite dunkin spots. I come here all the time because they always get my drinks just right and cook the food perfectly. no complaints!
