My friends, staff, and I went to this place weeks ago this was to purchase a mango pineapple refresher with green tea. Also, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was some people were waiting in line ordering.

Woman behind the counter tried to make me feel bad about not donating to their charity promotion. She said something to her co worker, who asked again if I wanted to donate. I said no. Then she coped an attitude with me. I don't get coffee here often and this is making think I'd be better off going elsewhere for my coffee and Donuts.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service & Unprofessionalism
I had an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ location, specifically with a shift supervisor named Arsheda. I was incorrectly charged for a dozen donuts, and the transaction went through my bank. When I addressed this with the staff, I was met with complete dismissiveness. They insisted that the charge did not go through on their end, despite clear evidence from my bank showing otherwise. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused to issue a refund or even give me the donuts I had already paid for.
Left with no other choice, I repurchased the same dozen donuts for $17.99 while still waiting for the initial charge to be sorted. What made this situation even worse was the complete lack of effort from the staff to rectify the issue. I was forced to leave, call my bank, and then return to the store just to fight for a refund—wasting over an hour of my time in the process.
To add to the frustration, I called Dunkin’ customer service, only to be told that since this location is independently owned, the store manager or owner would need up to two business days to respond. However, the staff never attempted to contact the manager or owner while I was there, further proving their lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
As a local resident and frequent customer, this experience has made me seriously reconsider supporting this location. The refusal to take responsibility, the dismissive attitude, and the complete lack of urgency in fixing their mistake are unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address these ongoing issues and provide proper training to their staff. This level of service is disgraceful, and I would advise others to be cautious when shopping here.

I was in the store on 02/14/25 buying, but the guy wast attend me terrible, the attitude was horrible, he was there but literally want to sell, I said to him you must to be more polite. Terrible services.
Literally standing there watching them burn the food then there like oh this is yours. It's burnt you knew it was burnt! Do better!

Ordered my dunkalatte online for pickup. They ran out so I asked for French vanilla. Okay, but why did it take 10 minutes? Because the workers were talking. Customers are getting delayed? No problem for them. The latte was warm and had way too much sugar.

Worst dunkin donuts. Like others have said, their coffee at this particular location is always watered down and sub-par quality. I don't recommend this location at all.

Very disappointed with the original blend coffee at this location. Every time I have purchased it, it tastes watered down. This has happened for the past couple of months. Will have to go to another location.

I started coming to this location last week as I work close by. I only placed mobile orders with them. Yesterday, I ordered a large matcha and received a medium. Today, I ordered a medium ice coffee with skim milk and got no milk. This location is no where near packed as other Dunkins I have been to during the morning rush. I am not sure why orders are not done correctly.
I have gone to this dunkin multiple times. Almost every time they either get my order wrong or I have to remind them of the order I placed. It appears that the staff is in a perpetual state of being overwhelmed. That said they usually got most products in stock when I go.

Still 5 stars. Friendly staff. Out of the 3 Dunkin's in the neighborhood, this is the one that always has their items in stock, always gets my order right, and is always pleasant to talk too.
