This is the best Dunkin that I know of, the staff is really great. They make great Dunkin coffee and it's consistent and the food and doughnuts are great. They just made me the best version of Dunkin $6 deal I've ever had. The BEC on croissant was Devine, the French could only dream of such opulence. The tots were crisped to perfection, there was a bite to each of them and a crunch, no mushy tots today! And the coffee. Do you want cream and sugar he said, why yes I I replied. I wouldn't said milk but now I have the best coffee ever. What a great breakfast.

This morning Sunday August 24 2025, at approximately 7:41 am I entered this dunkin donuts shop located on queens blvd and 78 Ave, Kew gardens queens, ny. To buy some coffee. I observed a worker behind the counter adjusting the garbage and touching the floor with his bare hands before taking my order and charging me $4.91 for my coffee. I went to pay him but asked him if he was going to wash his hands before making my coffee, he replied: uh then shook his head-no. There was a woman sitting inside at the window but this guy has possibly done this before and feels comfortable doing it often. If anyone has this experience or had an experience like this , please report it to the new york city department of health. Either remove people like him or shut the establishment down. Our health comes 1st.

This place is big, I like the amount of seating it has because of the baskin in the back. So that's good. The food is fine, as it should be consistent through all dunkins. Problem is this dude running it in the morning, specifically weekends. Every time I come in he's got my order wrong, or overcharging me. Supposedly they open at 5am but i've gone over at 5:10am and door is still locked and this doofus is still cleaning. This is unacceptable, especially considering how few places are open at 5am. Which means I am going over to the bagel place nearby and they lose my business completely.

My friends, staff, and I went to this place weeks ago this was to purchase a mango pineapple refresher with green tea. Also, the service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was some people were waiting in line ordering.

Woman behind the counter tried to make me feel bad about not donating to their charity promotion. She said something to her co worker, who asked again if I wanted to donate. I said no. Then she coped an attitude with me. I don't get coffee here often and this is making think I'd be better off going elsewhere for my coffee and Donuts.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service & Unprofessionalism

I had an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ location, specifically with a shift supervisor named Arsheda. I was incorrectly charged for a dozen donuts, and the transaction went through my bank. When I addressed this with the staff, I was met with complete dismissiveness. They insisted that the charge did not go through on their end, despite clear evidence from my bank showing otherwise. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused to issue a refund or even give me the donuts I had already paid for.

Left with no other choice, I repurchased the same dozen donuts for $17.99 while still waiting for the initial charge to be sorted. What made this situation even worse was the complete lack of effort from the staff to rectify the issue. I was forced to leave, call my bank, and then return to the store just to fight for a refund—wasting over an hour of my time in the process.

To add to the frustration, I called Dunkin’ customer service, only to be told that since this location is independently owned, the store manager or owner would need up to two business days to respond. However, the staff never attempted to contact the manager or owner while I was there, further proving their lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

As a local resident and frequent customer, this experience has made me seriously reconsider supporting this location. The refusal to take responsibility, the dismissive attitude, and the complete lack of urgency in fixing their mistake are unacceptable. I strongly urge management to address these ongoing issues and provide proper training to their staff. This level of service is disgraceful, and I would advise others to be cautious when shopping here.

Ordered my dunkalatte online for pickup. They ran out so I asked for French vanilla. Okay, but why did it take 10 minutes? Because the workers were talking. Customers are getting delayed? No problem for them. The latte was warm and had way too much sugar.
