This dunkin is one of the view that takes care of their customers really well. Im greeted everytime I come in there. And Poly always is great. She remembers my order n has it ready before I get to the register. The other workers are great as well

Each morning my visit is a positive experience. The store is a quick and reliable option for drinks and breakfast. Their coffee is always hot and high quality, and their food is prepared perfectly by the staff. Their prices are reasonable compared to other coffee chains.
The morning staff especially Noor, Poly, and Sayeda always greet me with a smile. They work together and are well trained. They are very helpful and friendly not only with me, but all the customers. The store is very clean and always well stocked. Service is always quick and the food and donuts always fresh!

Bad experience and poor service. The patrons are very disrespectful and they don’t have any experience in customer service. They took too much time to take my order and didn’t even complete it.
The worst dunkin! Every time I’ve gotten my drink from here it’s always wrong. Everyone here is new and they need more training because when I ordered an iced latte, I got a cup of milk instead. When I asked for them to please make it less milk and more coffee, they said I have to pay more for extra espresso shots. I explained I had no problem with paying extra if I was being unreasonable but I wasn’t going to pay more for something that should have never been the case. The man who was there ended up yelling at me to come behind the counter to see that 1 espresso shot was being put in my drink. At the end I asked for an iced coffee instead. Horrible service from the staff.

This location always has new employees or I should say "trainees" who can't make your $6.00 drink properly. What exactly does Dunkin think people want when they go there for a drink that cost $5.00 more than they can make at home, isnt' it the service and accuracy of the order?

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to every time I go here they always make my drink wrong. I think they need retraining on how to make a latte because they give me a cup of milk instead. I ask for them to darken it and then it just ends up tasting like an iced coffee which is way more bitter than the sweet latte I asked for.
