The Dunkin is usually busy and hitting its peak around 7 o’clock due to the amount of high school students that come in to get something to drink or eat before school.

The food is okay for a fast food chain and the serving is decent too. The only reason why the rating is so slow is due to the fact that if you order donuts on the online app they will not have it ready for you when you are going to pick up your food. Everything else will be prepared but your donuts. You have to go to them and tell them that they have forgotten your donuts in order for them to get it for you.

Other then that nothing special, just a reminder that there is a school near by so there is a majority of the people coming in are high schoolers.

My sister and I went to this place months ago and both ordered hot chocolate because it was a cold day the drink was wonderful and helped keep the both of us warm. The atmosphere was noisy because of the people talking, people taking orders, and others.

Slowest dunkin employees ever, I’m always late to work because they take at least 10 mins for one sandwich and hashbrowns.

Donuts are always stale. Maybe they’re fresh in the morning but the 3 times I’ve gone after 1pm, they’re inedible. Waste of money.

I ordered here twice. The first time i ordered the stuffed bagel minis.. it was horrible. They were hard and not easy to break apart. The second time, I ordered the same thing hoping it would be different.. but it wasn’t. It was nasty and still hard, I don’t know if it was because they didn’t heat it up for a long time or burnt it. other than that, I don’t recommend buying from here.

I... I've never seen this before. I ordered a Apple fritter and I was eating it for quite a while before i remembered there was supposeded to be apple in my fritter. You can see I ate about half before I gave up on finding any filling...

I tore it open and I'm disgusted by this tea spoon amount of apple filling. I spent about $3 on this... never felt a bigger waste of money...

UPDATE: I went back and raise a complaint and showed the donut here. They said they don't make the donuts so this is more of a Dunkin problem then a location problem. I hope it was just a bad donut and not indicative of a bigger pattern. I was offered a replacement without any real fan fair which was good :)

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts location at 100-5 Queens Blvd and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. The store had a strong, unpleasant odor that was overwhelming and reminiscent of elephant poop. The service was also severely lacking, with incompetent staff who seemed uninterested in assisting customers.

To make matters worse, the store was filthy, with garbage scattered all over the floor. The combination of the stench and the mess made for a nauseating experience that left me feeling queasy.

Overall, I would not recommend this Dunkin' Donuts location to anyone until they address these serious issues with cleanliness and customer service. Shame on this store for failing to meet even basic standards.

Customer service is mid food is never correct. It’s as if the employees don't care they make the food as they see fit. This store need to be retrained or change of management.

Not a horrible customer service in person but I’ve never got my order correctly when I placed by app. They are not on the tray for pick up and they claim that someone stole it or had to get rid of it for “sanitary purpose”. So they lectured me to come pick up in 5 minutes after the order(I arrived in 8 minutes apparently) . Not even a slightest apologies, just a smirk and a lesson they wanted to teach in a condescending tone. Very rude.

Edit: The lemonade is very artificially sweet (understandable they probably mix powdered lemonade) and warm toward surface
