Fay Da is always a great place to grab great food for an inexpensive price. They have many locations but what I specifically like about this one is that they are well stocked with popular items throughout the day. Other chains will sell out in the morning/early afternoon, but this location will still have my favorites in the evening. The staff is very sweet, and I love that people from all different backgrounds come here to sit and enjoy their food.
If you happen to pass by, you can never go wrong with their beef curry puff. The mango mochi is also a good refreshing treat that’s not too sweet!

I came here not knowing about the $10 minimum so I was going to put my food back when this very kind lady decided to pay for me. If you’re seeing this, thank you so much. God bless! The coconut cream bun was quite tasty and not too sweet.

I asked for tea with mango topping. Since it was in the topping options. Bubble tea. And I said that I don't like regular marmalade bubbles. Instead, she added mango syrup and regular bubbles to my already sweet tea, which I don't like and asked about before. If she doesn't understand English at all, then you could have offered a translator. Then I said that it was too sweet, it was impossible to drink, and the bubbles weren't mango. She responded: Well then, don't buy any more tea here! Why should I pay for something I didn't order?

Bad experience the cashier was rude and impatient. I bought bread and cake today morning, and when I want to order a cake, I repeated the name of it three times and pointed to the one I want, but the cashier just ignored me and charged me for a wrong one. The first time I corrected her, but the second time I trusted her picking the right one so I didn’t double check it. But when i left the store and opened the bag it’s totally wrong cake. No receipts, the store was not busy but she was super impatient also to the next customer behind me and I realized she didn’t pay attention to what i said or pointed at all. It’s not the first time I’ve been in Fay Da. Won’t come to this store again.
Some of workers very rude, others are nice. There are (1) workers out of the bunch that seem not to wanna help customers. There is a long lines every day, and this one particular lady chooses to wash dishes instead of dealing with customers, just about every mornings when I come in. Not much to wash, but her face says a lot when she looks around and notices a long line, it's obvious she turns the blind Eys and chooses to do something else. Even though I like this place, it really gets annoying when I gotta wait 10-20 min to get a cup of coffee, and then she gives a nasty look at you. Im new to area for 5 months. I think it's time to explore other coffee shops in area.

Been going here ever since I was little and have watched this bakery grow greatly over the years. I absolutely love this place and the food and drinks are great. The staff are so nice and know my sister and I very well since we come here often. We love getting their cakes when were going to someone house and its a great stop by bakery when your in the area. I recommend the taro bubble tea and chicken sandwich. This place is like home I hope they never shut down

The best coconut cream bun ever!!!!! Coconut cream buns have always been my favorite little dessert since I was a kid and I’ve had so many in my life where I’m sure you can guess some are a hot and some are a miss. This one is the best! So fresh and delicious but you can say that about anything here honestly. Although all the bakery items are amazing, you have to give some of their hot foods a try. The steamed pork bun is superior than then the bakery pork buns in my opinion. Also, the beef curry puff was perfectly flakey and well seasoned. I genuinely thought this place was hype but it’s definitely not! Also, the pricing just can’t be beat.

I SPENT ALMOST $80 worth of bakery foods and was charged from Fay Da Bakery and ordered 18 items and didn't receive 5 items ( $20 dollars worth). Went on the app and submitted a picture of all the items that was received ( 13 items) . After, I called Uber Eats Support and Spoke with an Uber Eats rep on the line for them to tell me their specialty team needs to investigate further and they would be contacting me in 6 hrs. I did NOT get a response till 5am this morning for an online rep named Esther confirming I was not eligible for a refund. I called again and spoke with a Trish and she told me she made a report to the specialist team about the situation again and they responded that I would NOT be receiving a refund. FAY DA BAKERY & UBER EATS JUST LOST 2 CUSTOMERS who have been customers for A VERY Long time. Hope the $20 was worth it.

My experience of this place was wonderful this is because the food was wonderful and one of the many foods that is wonderful the egg tarts which is tasty and wonderful and the service was good and the atmosphere can be busy with people talking.
