Great drop in to go for raisin bread slices, pork buns and sesame rice balls. Check out is quick and easy. Not ideal if you want to sit cause it gets filled up !!

This Fay Da Bakery is a treasure in Elmhurst. So many baked goods to choose from. I absolutely love the taro creme filled buns. I was visiting my friend in Elmhurst and came in here twice for those taro creme rolls. The atmosphere here is so pleasant. They also have tea to accompany your pastry. Wow, this Asian bakery is a treasure.

I bought tuna buns to take home. When I got home all the tuna buns contain a teaspoon of tuna. What a scam!

My sister and I have been into the store many times and the last time there was to buy vegetable meat buns, and milk tea. The food was wonderful. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that there were lots of people there eating, drinking, reading newspaper or doing something else.

Ordered a tiramisu cake. The cream tastes like Twinkie, cheap and waxy. It is NOT worth $42 for 6 inch cakes. Avoid it.

Quality bakery products at affordable price! I have alot of respect for Fay day, a cup of coffee and yummy cake under $5 in this economy, hardworking female staff and they serve a lot of old people

Fay Da is always a great place to grab great food for an inexpensive price. They have many locations but what I specifically like about this one is that they are well stocked with popular items throughout the day. Other chains will sell out in the morning/early afternoon, but this location will still have my favorites in the evening. The staff is very sweet, and I love that people from all different backgrounds come here to sit and enjoy their food.

If you happen to pass by, you can never go wrong with their beef curry puff. The mango mochi is also a good refreshing treat that’s not too sweet!

I came here not knowing about the $10 minimum so I was going to put my food back when this very kind lady decided to pay for me. If you’re seeing this, thank you so much. God bless! The coconut cream bun was quite tasty and not too sweet.

I asked for tea with mango topping. Since it was in the topping options. Bubble tea. And I said that I don't like regular marmalade bubbles. Instead, she added mango syrup and regular bubbles to my already sweet tea, which I don't like and asked about before. If she doesn't understand English at all, then you could have offered a translator. Then I said that it was too sweet, it was impossible to drink, and the bubbles weren't mango. She responded: Well then, don't buy any more tea here! Why should I pay for something I didn't order?
