So nasty. Found a BIG piece of plastic in my bagel sandwich. I was chewing and then almost chocked on this piece of hard plastic that you can’t chew on

Ordered from uber eats a bagel cream cheese with lox that cost $15 and a buy one get one free deal of egg meat sandwich on a roll the total was over $36. Once i received the order i noticed bag is small and i only got 2 sandwiches i thought they forgot the other roll sandwich so I went on uber asking for a refund, getting a $9 refund back. Later I noticed after opening the wrap that they forgot the $15 bagel instead. How the hell does forest hills BAGELS forget the bagel to the order. Called back saying that was forgotten and they were very rude said to take it upon uber and hung up. There’s so many other bagel spots here in queens. Don’t order from here.

Placed a delivery order through GrubHub. Delivery window was reasonable yet the delivery guy was 30+ mins late. Reached out to GH to let them know. FHB told GH that the delivery guy left the food in my front door. I went out my door and no food. Went even downstairs my building lobby and no food still. Then all of the sudden the delivery guy rang my bell, came upstairs, and somebody from the store told him in Spanish to leave the premises with the food.
Before they closed down this place had their ups and downs and I tolerated it. After today’s I’m done giving them my business.

This place is not what it use to be. The bagels are like footballs. Why are your bagels so big? Do you guys really know how to make bagels? The bagel had zero taste. They made me a bacon, egg, and cheese and it was all bagel. The place is newly redone, but they have no employees to serve their customers. You guys need to get it together or just permanently close. There are so many better bagel stores in the neighborhood just choose another one.

Horrible. First of all they say temporary closed BUT their not and I ordered from them on Uber eats. They got 2 orders wrong out of 3 as you can see in pictures. I called the place and spoke to the guy in charge and he told me to call Uber eats their the ones who got it wrong smh when their job is to pick up the order only Not make the food. So I was charged extra for a order I didn't get and the other order was wrong

Used to be a go to for my Sunday bagel, now it's just depressing. Ordered egg salad on a bagel and a coffee. The coffee arrives with the cup soaking wet I can barely hold it together cause it leaked all over the place. You spend $15 and they cannot be brothered to give you a napkin or salt/pepper for your order.

I ordered for delivery a Ruben sandwich. It was required to order a side dish: I ordered Cole slaw. Paid for it; The sandwich was excellent, the Cole slaw was not delivered. I guess the staff is underpaid and they don't bother to be accurate.

Do not buy food from this establishment. I ordered two bacon egg and cheeses. When I received my order, I noticed the bacon were raw, not cooked. I felt sick to my stomach. I called them for a refund and I haven’t received anything. This is really foul.

Whether I order an omelette or eggs on a bagel the eggs are always wet why is that? No one wants to eat a wet bagel
