Decided to try this sushi spot as I was nearby and it did not disappoint! My only complaint was that the lady who works at the front was very dismissive and came off rude. They also charge you $1 or 1.50 for spicy mayo which I think is ridiculous if I’m asking for just a small side of it w my lunch combo. But besides that the food was great but idk if I would be back again due to the women’s behavior that wasn’t so welcoming.

I visited this place a few times, a few years ago with my girl. The sushi wasn’t bad but we did pay a premium for “all you can eat” and every time i would order more, the chefs and the waitress seemed so stressed out. I guess they couldnt keep up with my appetite. We both laughed about it but hey, we paid for it.

After years of giving 2nd/3rd/4th chances to the inconsistencies in food quality and portions, getting charged different prices by different people depending on who you got on the phone that day, and finally, being overcharged due to UNANNOUNCED price raises without ANY notice given until AFTER payment was made and then HAVING THEM GASLIGHT YOU into thinking you're wrong for pointing out that the price HASN'T BEEN CHANGED ON THEIR BRAND NEW WEBSITE THAT THEY WANT YOU TO ORDER FROM? It's no wonder this place goes through a cycle of new management and closures every few years. Consistency is key in any business. This business has yet to learn that fact. Congrats, you just lost another customer.

I often order takeout or have food delivered from this place, as it's been a staple in the area for quite some time. I usually go for the lunch special, which is reasonably priced. The fish is decent, though occasionally the quality falls short. That said, it's still a reliable option overall.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others. My experience at Fuji was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Despite being respectful and excited to try the food, I was treated very differently from other customers.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was cold and dismissive, while treating others around me warmly. I was seated in a bad spot, ignored for long periods, and spoken to rudely. Meanwhile, other guests received excellent service and attention. It quickly became clear that this was not just bad service — it felt personal and racially motivated.
No one should have to pay to be disrespected or made to feel unwelcome. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to be aware of how this establishment treats people before choosing to spend your money here.

This is a gem! I wanted takeout from a sushi place in Kew gardens and I’ve never tried this place before. I placed my order through Google picking up at a specific time and it was ready on time. This really surprised me how great the sushi was. Each sushi was wrapped nicely, freshly made, fair amount of protein in each one and came with real wasabi, not horseradish. The place looked like a nice date spot so definitely coming here again soon!
