Placed an order on Uber eats & my order arrived very quick. Though Uber eats said Store staff will deliver my order, so order tracking wasn’t detailed, but I call the store & they said they do not deliver? DoorDash brought my order instead which was very odd. My sandwich came with lettuce, not sure why as it wasn’t listed on the app. It was pretty good. Wish it had more salmon though as the sandwich price was a bit more expensive than other places.

For a big reason, I would like to know, and especially for those who wrote the bad reviews, 1st many years ago the master baker was a guy from Perú, if he is not there, then that will be probably the reason of the bad quality of baked items. 2nd owners used to be two brothers and friend of them, jewish from Russia, hard workers, teaching and leading by the example and very knowledge on what they used to do so if the owners are different there can be another fact. This place used to be my home job where I learned I lot about customer service excellence and read all these bad reviews made me down. Maybe just people around there changed as customers, too. Wishing you the best blessings to all: owners, staff, and especially clients because without them, business can be made.

I purchased a bagel with lox spread (my usual). Went home and mid bagel bite realized they got my order wrong. I called and was told there’s nothing they can do and that I had to come back as proof, which I get. However, the rudeness was ridiculous and condescending. As if I inconvenienced them! Note to customers, if you order something, check that it’s correct before you walk out. I remember this place when it first opened and it was great. Now, it’s not the best and I’ve seen them mess up orders, guess today was my turn.

Not worth it. $24.12 for two bacon, egg, and cheese on plain bagels. The sandwhiches barely had a strip of bacon, the eggs barely tasted, and the bagels were...meeehhh...not great but not bad. Overall not worth it at all for $24.
Extremely solid bagel at an extremely fair price. Glad that's it's true bagel size and not these enormous ones you see a lot these days. I'm laughing at these reviews expecting some kind of fine dining experience.

I went in at 5:05 PM, knowing the store hours are until 6 PM. Before I could even place my order, I was told, “We’re closed.” I stepped out, assuming it was true, but after checking online, I realized the store was still open. When I went back inside, the employee reacted poorly, saying “OMG, OMG” in an unprofessional manner. We usually like this bagel spot, but after this experience, we’re not likely to order from here again. It’s not acceptable to treat customers that way by yelling at them.

The experience at this store was wonderful because my brother got a rainbow bagel with cream cheese. The rainbow bagel with cream cheese tasted wonderful and delicious. The service was fast and the atmosphere can be quiet or noisy.
