First time I visited the queens Forrest hills location and I was surprised it was a slow day because the Manhattan location is always packed but the food was amazing and our server was fantastic she was so friendly and took care of us really well she's really great!!! We will be back for sure

I saw the reviews and thought to give them a try. I walked into the restaurant and it was empty.. it was 3:30pm on a Sunday so it was quite odd to not see a single soul in there. I still sat down with my family and we ordered. My momtried to get the yuca rellena but they were out of yuca which was a bummer and also kinda strange considering i doubt anybody had eaten at this restaurant yet lol. The food finally came out and it was the driest, most tasteless food i’ve ever had in any restaurant. The food was edible but very un enjoyable for the price we were paying. I didn’t complain bc i’m not that type of person. We ate half our food, took the rest to go and agreed to never go back again. very disappointed :/

This place made me so sick after eating here. This is also an issue for me because it was so expensive. I shouldn’t have eaten it because after receiving the food it didn’t look appetizing either and was completely tasteless. Never order delivery from here just get Tu Casa instead way better

We love coming to this restaurant for its lively atmosphere and wonderful staff. Even on a busy Valentines Day, we were seated right away. Excellent dinner and live music, highly recommend this spot.

From making my reservations and getting a call to confirm Guantanameras staff was professional and polite. The restaurant was clean, decor was very cozy and traditional to Cuban culture. Food was excellent.
The food was good.It was just too chilly in the restaurant. We went for lunch, and it felt colder inside than outside. We eventually were able to get them to turn on the heat. It also really helps if you can speak Spanish, but we managed our way through. I probably would return!

Went there for dinner for my son's birthday. Appetizers were decent portions and was excellently cooked. Ordered ceviche, chorizo with chips, and the calamari. The skirt steak was seared perfectly as well. Overall, would definitely go back again. Love their live music band, they started with, you guessed it, the name of the restaurant. It was a great experience!
