2nd time here, 5 stars for the nice counter guy that made me olive cream cheese. But READ THE OTHER REVIEWS I've also witnessed & encountered the rude register lady. Also, be advised that this place is pricey $7.75 for the smallest coffee and an everything bagel with olive cream cheese, so I'm guessing she overcharged me because I don't pay those prices by my office in midtown. The tip jar is tacky with these prices.

They are one of the best bagel shops in Queens, which means they're one of the best bagel shops in New York City, which means they're one of the best bagel shops in the world.Not sure what time they open, cuz I don't get up that early. The food was okay. But I am deducting stars because of the terrible customer service. I was attended to by a an older woman last week and was terribly rude to me and several ladies behind me (the poor ladies simply had a question about a muffin, this should not have been controversial).
