The remodel is nice. The nuggets and fries were good. But the beef in the double cheeseburger tasted off. Weird taste that I don’t associate with the typical McDonald’s flavor.

I am from FH. This place used to be full of fighting teens and tweakers trashing the place. I had to try and calm down our neighborhood crackhead Irish Mike when he started dumping the trash bins out and assaulted the manager. Kids harassing elders and playing music loudly and literally fighting inside and outside. They remodeled the place, and I haven't seen whether that's made an impact, but I hope it has. Food is honestly really well done, so I can't fault them on that, nor the excellent managers who run that place like its the navy.

This place seemed very safe and was almost full of children in very late time almost midnight. The chicken nugget and chicken sandwich were delicious. But not the beef burger.

Food with hair, they don't give me napkins, I asked for ketchup in the order, they didn't give it to me, I waited for someone to give them to me and they don't appear at the counter. Everything has changed in this place, the ones shown pass behind, they don't realize what they have to deliver in each order Terrible service

A little dirty, but hey, who can educate the customers who sometimes make their mess in the premises? Ignoring the spill of a drink on a table and some things thrown away, the place is clean, without a bad smell, tidy, music in the atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, bathroom... machines that make your purchase easier, the delivery took longer than expected. Normal, more than about 10 minutes, but it's okay!

The environment is clean. The new design is chaotic and doesn't flow smoothly. There are no clear direction for pick up/ order. If the ordering is transitioning to mostly kiosk, then have adequate signs. There is no partition at front for cashier. The focus appears to be aesthetics, as opposed to customer user- friendly.

There's homeless people openly begging for money at the tables. Very uncomfortable especially for the older people and children.

The pancakes were good but I was disappointed to receive only one slice of bacon.
I ordered the sonic toys twice this week for my kid, and they DID NOT GAVE ME THE RIGHT TOYS EVERY TIME! But I saw a random lady asked and she got the toy doesn’t even need to buy a Happy Meal at all. BUT I GOT SOME USELESS POST CARDS FOR ORDERING IT! They’re making Happy Meal into unhappy meal! How hard is it to giving kids the right toys!

Horrible experience from the start. Limited seating, the place isn't cleaned often enough at all, and worst of all the staff doesn't take orders at the register at all. That'll most certainly be my last time at this particular establishment. Just trash in general

Food waz good n the placs clean but cold. Needs heating. However forced to use kiosk. I miss interacting with cashier n telling exactly what I need. The guy helping me was great but how do you put NOT TOO MUCH ICE in your drink? The place was already cold..I needed just a couple cubes or none at all. Don't like kiosk at all...put back the HUMANS. TX
