The customer service is not good as no workers were in front when I arrived. There was smone on their phone while having a headset on their head, as she stood in the back. I had to wait as an employee started an order and the register had to be cleared before taking my order. There was another register, but they didn’t use it. I then used the restroom and there was no toilet paper, which then I had to use napkins. Poor Management as far as I see.

Our family liked this place, big,clean room,usually not too much people in the evening, no line But yesterday something unpleasant happened - we found hair in two nuggets at once and maybe we even swallowed some hair, who knows? And my children ate it! We even threw up there. I understand that the staff of this McDonald's is not to blame for this, but you must tell who brings you these nuggets so that they monitor the quality of their production. Now we will never set foot in McDonald's again!

The food was good enough, typical McDonald's, the place has a decent parking lot so parking is not an issue, im not a big fan of the new system they have where you have to order everything through the touchscreen, I would rather talk to somebody in the register, the place is a little disorganized but it's okay.

The service and everything was good even when like short staffed but like the food quality was bad and they didn’t give any napkins or sauce besides ketchup but I don’t blame them I be forgetting things at my job too! The parking is there most positive asset to there location so not too bad. Chicken nugget so dry. Crispy chicken sandwich The Chicken was dry and hard to bite on
I recently visited the McDonald’s at Metropolitan Ave, and it was a disappointing experience. While the food was just okay, the overall atmosphere and service left a lot to be desired. Most of the employees seemed to be working just to get through their shift, with no real effort toward customer service.
The only exceptions were two young workers at the front who were doing their best to help. However, one employee—a girl with a nose piercing—was particularly rude and made us feel like we were begging just to get ketchup and mayonnaise, even though we spent $30 on our order.
To make matters worse, the tables were filthy, with ketchup smeared all over the floor and even on the sofas. It was an unhygienic and unpleasant dining environment.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location. The lack of cleanliness and poor service made it a regrettable visit.

Highly Disappointed with the Service
I had an unpleasant experience on November 30, 2024, with Order No. 948. While asking a simple question about my order, a team member insisted I say “please” before they would respond.
As a respectful adult and paying customer, I don’t need to be lectured on how to speak. This came across as rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Customers come to McDonald’s for good service, not to be policed on their tone.
This was disappointing and far from the standard I expect from McDonald’s. Management needs to address this behavior immediately.
