very bad service. ordered something from the drive thru and gave me something else that I didn't order. I went to get what i ordered and they didn't want to give me anything. very bad service, no customer will be satisfied like this.

My sister and I have been to this place last year and both got a hamburger, fries, and soda. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere was that the restaurant was busy and with people eating in, the conveyor belt taking the foods to the back for drive thru and many other things.

Terrible experience. I placed my mobile order at 9:45 PM and didn’t get it until 10:04 PM — while watching drive-thru customers get served much faster. It seems like they care more about drive-thru than in-store orders.
The inside was a mess — tables weren’t even cleaned, so you couldn’t sit down comfortably to eat. Worst of all, I saw staff pick sauces up off the floor and put them back in the tray, without gloves or even washing their hands. Completely unhygienic.
This location clearly doesn’t care about in-store service or cleanliness. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.
